Demolition of brickwork, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling or stone /boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but incl ashlar facing, dressing stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone /boulder masonary, laid dry complete all as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) of any section including taking out embedded portion from natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as directed.

Excavation post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out in hard/dense soil returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surfaces complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for precast cement concrete solid block masonry with solid blocks with cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exceeding 10 cm in width, set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for broken stone or boulders, hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls, over arches etc., and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20mm and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought to course complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping, bed plates, benchings, etc., including use and waste of form work, finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Racking out joints / pointing to squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed stone masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for mild steel punched tape concertina coil of 450 mm dia, 56/57 turns per coil, pitch between two barbs 24 + 0.50 mm for short barbs or 35 + 1.0 mm for medium barbs, thickness of tape 0.50mm, length of barb 11 + 1.0 mm for short barbs or 24 + 1.0 mm for medium barbs,, diameter of spring wire 2.6 mm, approximate weight 7 Kg (+/- 5%) per coil (coil stretch length 5 m to 6 m approx) with hot dip galvanised coating and punched tape material deep drawn quality with galvanised coating minimum 230gm/sqm as in fencing fixed to angle iron member with special galvanised fasteners such as 'J' clips, 'C' clips, 'U' clips/using suitable SS304 clips to retain horizontaly, including necessary nuts, bolts etc., all as per manufacturers instructions and conforming to IS complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 10 cm long and not exceeding 15 cm long, diameter of neck over 10 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing, any size or type all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing, any mesh, including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stiffeners of chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of walls including washing, rubbing down & stopping of distempered & painted surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
