Cutting in earth in all kinds of soil including spade work , pick work jumper work and biasting work and disposal of excavated earth up to all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer -in -Charge. (Disposal of earth/muck in MC dumping site at Bharyal free of cost, transportation charges will be paid extra)

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kind of earth work including spade work, pick work, jumper work and biasting work chiseling out of rock etc. lift up to all heights stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of the excavtion and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layer , when required in to plinths sides of foundation etc.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth

Random rubble maonsry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 sand; 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand)

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30*30*5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring , shuttering and propping etc.with wooden battens height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto all heights and removal of the same for insitu -reinforced concreate & plain concreate work in:-. Foundation , footing basis of coulmn etc. and mass concrete.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs ,landings and the like- Floors etc.

Coulmn , pillars , post and struts, rectangular or polygonal in plan

Beams , cantilever, girders and lintels. Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers bressumers and lintels not exceeding in all depth in all height from floor.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm. nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for feinforced concrete work in: Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Columns , pillers , posts and strute , square , rectangular or polygonal in plan

Suspended floor , roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies , beams, grinders , bressumers and cantilever upto floor all level.

Walls including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation up tofloor all levels.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and plinth.

Providing mild steel / tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including bending,binding and placing in position complete up to floor all level- tor steel

Stone filling behind retaining wall & B/ wall etc

Steel work welded in built up section , trusees and framed work including cutting , hoisting, fixing in postion and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams joints channels , angles , tees , flats with connection plates or angle cleets as in main and cross beams , hip and jack rafters connected common rafters and the like.

40 mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 laid in one layer finished with a floting coat of neat cement

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concreate/stone walls for interior plastering up to floor all level including arrises, internal rounded angles , chamfers and 80 mm in girth and finished even and smmooth in cement morter 1:4(1 cement :4 sand)

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give and even shade including thoroughiy brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust morter dirt and other foreign matter

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 Cement: 5 Sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/Breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per HPPWD specification
