Supply Installation Testing and commissioning front operated indoor cubical type free standing MV panel, suitable for operation on 415V, three phase, 4wire, 50 HZ, AC supply system. The panel shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel with necessary anti-corrosive tretment and shall be dust and vermin proof construction suitable for installation on floor with the following facilities. a) Fire and corrosion resistant coating similar to VIPER FR-1101 applied in two coats with necessary primer. b) Fire retardant DMC/SMC fillings for openings around bus bar near the sectional barriers. c) Facilities in the terminals to have direct termination with aluminium cables. d) Shall have high mechanical dielectric strength. e) Door inter locking facility with rotary type handle. f) Shall have fire barriers. g) Switch body shall be made of fire retardant materials/heat insulating materials. h) Shall be painted with heavy coat of anti corrosive paint. I) TPN MCBS shall not be fixed in more than 2 Nos. in each compartment. j) Panel name as well as Feeder name to be indicated. k) Provition of Top and Bottom cable entry. The panel shall consisting of the followings. Incoming: 160A Thermal magnetic releases four pole MCCB 16 kA with rotary type handle.-1Set. (Model 420017 & 420160 of Legrand or equivalent.) Bus Bar: 250A TPN Aluminium Bus bar (insulated).-1Set. Outgoing: 125A Thermal magnetic releases four pole MCCB 16 kA with rotary type handle.- 1 Set, 63 Amp, 'C' curv-10 KA, FP MCB - 4 Sets, 32 Amp, 'C' curv-10 KA, FP MCB - 4 Sets, Metering: Multifunction Meters with 3 line LED display and 200/5A CTs - 1set. Dismantaling all the unserviceable electrical accessories, light fittings, power point, LT panels DB, switch board, wiring, cable, conduit etc. As per direction of Engg.-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 1phase, 450mm Sweep, Heavy duty (920 rpm) Exhaust fan with suitable Louvers/Shutter, nut-bolt as required. (Orient or equivalent.)

Supply and fixing of 400 mm sweep, 230 Volt, white Aerodynamic blade and Hi-torque motor gives hi-air thrust wall mounted fan with Oscillation and speed control by pull cord system, connection, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (Wall 44 White of Orient or equivalent.)
