Dismantling of Existing 15 Mtr high Roof top tower including foundations on terrace (G plus 3 structure) at Chandmari, Guwahati (2 nd call)

Demolishing R.C.C Columns and beams of RTT tower foundation on the terrace of 3 storied building using necessary heavy duty mechanical equipments like Hydraulic Breakers and Air Compressor etc., including stacking of steel bars, anchor bolts with all safety measures like protection of the nearby structures, insurance of workmen and harness for workmen and etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level.

Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Dismantling and dismembering of three legged roof top tower, (15 meter height) including all its accessories, vertical & horizontal runway, ladder, antenna mounts, lightening arrester, earthing strip etc total weighing up to 2.0 MT. situated at terrace (Ground +2 floor + staircase tower structure) by manual or mechanical means including shifting all material from terrace level and staking at ground level before transporting to directed location as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Transportation of dismantled tower, its runway, antenna mount, and other materials like steel bars, angles, tees, flats, pipes, channels and 'I' beams etc. by mechanical transport from (RTT Site) to BSNL Store at Dispur/ Dharapur or to the terrace of a new site any were in Kamrup SSA including cost of loading & unloading all complete as directed by Engineer In charge. ( approximate weight up to 2000 Kgs)

Carriage of Unserviceable dismantled rubbish from terrace of G+2 storied BTS site to Municipal dumping ground by mechanical transport up to a lead of 10 KM including loading & unloading all complete as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Credit for reinforcement of different diameter recovered from dismantling of Reinforced cement concrete work (Payment shall be made as per actual weight).
