Material and labour for trolley for transformer of size 4.0 x 3.0 Mtr made out of mild steel angle/ chanels medium weight beams & MS flates with necessary welding in any postion driliing in hot/cold etc for longitude and cross members of trolly made out of ISMC chanel as per drawing and top of the members coverd with 6 mm thick MS plate plateform and vertical support over the plateform with V type towing frame with hook with spring and check nuts and mounting bracket with bush for movement of tow assembly. The assembly made out of ISMC chanel 150 with long and cross member, turning plate assembly for front wheel only fitted in front axle, the front and rear axle made out of medium weight beam ISMC 120 including tyre with tube F7.5-16 8 play rating four nos with wheel drum, mounting bracket, bearings, check nuts, locknuts, key etc welded with medium beam with nut bolts washers as required for mounting the transformer all as directed. Note :- (a) The tentetive drawing for trolly attached on srl page No 22 of tender. (b) Final Drawing shall be submitted by the ccontractor and approved by GE. (c) Old u/s trolly will be credited to contractor as per actual weight of scrap iron under respective item.

S&F in replacement retro reflective sign board of size 2m x 1.5m, made up with 1.2 mm thick acrylic sheet, with of approved specification as per MORTH. The layout of HT UG cables, transformers and RMU/SF6 are show with different colours for each legends on the cantt area google map downloaded sheet and the background having white colour and bold letters. The LED strips should have provided in the board. The wiring of led strip shall be with 1.5 sqmm copper wire for AC supply 220V,50 Hz complete all as specified and directed. Note- The drawing of board shall be approved by GE

M&L for Attending daily complaints of Agra Mil area by deputing adequate minimum number (Electrician: 01, Helpers: 02) of teams of qualified Electrician and helper for following repair/maintenance- (a) Attending the daily compaints of LT/HT cables, panels, Busbar, DBs, MCCBs connections, connections on two/four pole etc. and making the continuity of LT/HT elctric supply after rectifying the defects. (b) checking and Maintenance of RMU/SF6 breaker by tightening the connections, checking the insulation, cleaning the brakers,realy settings etc. and make the RMU/SF6 serviceable. (c) Detecting and removing LT/HT faults, tightening, jointing of over head lines, street light line faults / distribution boards / earthing faults including provisioning of small pieces of electrical cables PVC insulated aluminium/copper multistranded conductor of sizes and length not increasing 2 mtrs complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Contractor shall be response promptly within 1 hr after the complaints recieved by JE/Eng-in-Charge. If the contractor fail to attend the complaints, penalty of @3000 Rs/ day will be charge. (ii) Contractor shall be responsible for preparing Complaint slip/ Job card and submit to JE/ Engr-in-Charge. on daily basis. (iii) This item pertains to attending complaints of no light / short cicuit including other minor items such as insulating tape, screws,lugs etc as required to attend the complaint to the entire satisfaction of user/Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Other Items shall be measured and paid if reqd to be replaced under respective item of BOQ (iv) Attending all the complaints and rectifying the defects on the day will be considered one Job.

M & L for trimming/cutting/chopping of tree branches all around LT/HT over conductor upto two meter and removing excavated material n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed. Note-(i) The deemed rate shall includes all T & P required for tree branch cutting.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of air break switch gang operated HT 11 KV triple pole outdoor type with 12 insulator 200 Amps rating with drop out fuse assly with fuse carrier and the fuse element mounted on insulator and steel frame mechanically operated with operating mechanism consisting of operating rod of 25mm bore light grade GI pipe of suitable length operative from ground level and with locking arrangement with MS flat iron clamp 50 x 6 mm including MS channel of suitable size and length to fixing GOD including 25mm GI pipe, nuts, bolts and washers including taking down of old unserviceable GOD complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of old U/S wooden / PCC fencing post with fencing wire any descripation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes ( or similar holes ) each n exc 0.5 cum in soft/loose soil, getting out , returning , filling with PCC ( PCC will be paid under separate items) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F angle iron as in post and struts with flat iron in fencing including embeding in concrete , cutting tops to shape as directed . Drilling holes

S & F GI chain link fencing of weight not less than 3.15 kg/sqm mesh of size 75x75 mm and 3 mm dia of wire to any type fixing with flat iron and nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Mild steel round bars FE 290 (Gde-E-165) 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel GI wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long and dia of shank 8 to 10 mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described including preparation of surface complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Fire stand complete with bucket 10 Ltr (02 Nos of water filled, 4 Nos filled with sand) fire hook 2 Nos, 2 Nos CO2 extinguisher capacity 4.5 Kg each confirming to IS-15683 -2018 to be stored in high pressure steel body cylinder complete all as specified and directed. Note ; - 1. Fire stand shall be made out with angle iron 50x50x6 and MS sheet 2 mm thick duly painted, writing letters and grouted and steps for extingushers etc all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 11 KV Lightning Arrester of discharge capacity of 10 KA peak,transmission class 2, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and jointing in replacement heat shrinkable end termination outdoor joint with jointing material suitable for HT 11KV XLPE cable of size 95 to 120 Sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and jointing in replacement heat shrinkable end termination indoor joint with jointing material suitable for HT 11KV XLPE cable of size 95 to 120 Sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnecting the transformer connection from both side and lift from the existing foundation and re- connect at same location or other location after foundation repair complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) All T & P used for lifting and relocating the transformer shall be deemed in quoted rates.

Demolition of PCC/Black bitumin road of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm gradded stone aggregate for Cement concrete in foundations , filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolation of Brick work built in cement mortor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of cement plaster 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator made out of pcc 1:2:4 of size length 30 cm , width/thickness- 15 cm and Height -100cm reinforeced with 8 mm dia at 8 cms centre to centre on LT cable 1 mtr depth grouted in the ground with suitable PCC work with writing MES HT cable joint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of worn out breather with silica gel all as per existing sample suitable for transformers of capacity 100 to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old surface of fencing for painting externally including removal of all rust and unwanted material and painting with one coat of superior quality aluminum paint on exposed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old paint by removers scrubing from HT steel poles 11 mtr, cross arms clamps etc for painting and M &L for painting with one coat of superior quality aluminum paint on exposed surface of poles including clamps and cross arms mounted on the poles and MS sections as under making black strip upto1.5 Mtr height from ground level and writing pole Nos etc. written on it with black synthetic enamel paint compete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old surface of transformer for painting externally including fins/radiators removal of all rust/oil/grease and unwanted material and then two coats of synthetic enamel paint by means of spray gun at site of installation of transformer including writing SM No. & Cap of transformer suitable for transformers of capacity 100 to 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for gravel, hard and preferably rounded with specific gravity not less than 1.6,free from clay,sand,loam and organic impurities of any kind,acid solubility not more than 10% for gravel size 10 mm or larger and 5 % solubility for gravel size smaller than 10 mm,particle size 20mm-30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing HDPE liner sheet heavy duty black colour,min thickness 250 micron including jointing and 10 cm over lap material complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of smart integrated Smart Bright, All in one Solar Street Light with Infra Red Remote 24 Watt with built in mono crystalline panel, Lithium ferro phospate (Lite PO 4) Battery , MPPT charge controller and PIR sensor with colour teperature 6000-6500 K complete all as specified and directed.
