SUB HEAD - I : EARTH WORK:

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (a) All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with river sand under floors, including watering,ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Supply and filling good earth brought from out side MOD land filling in layer not exceeding 20 cm thickness at all height and depth including levelling, watering compaction etc. all complete (Deduct for 5% voids).

Drilling holein rock with required Dia. As Per Manufacture Specification - Cleaning by Air vaccum cleaner including at all height and level, scaffolding and grouting reinforcement bar with and according to Hilti RE 500 or Wuerth make PE-500 EPOXY CHEMICAL etc. all complete.

(a) 12 MM Dia. Hole 250 mm depth with RE-500 or PE-500 epoxy chemical of Hilti/Wuearth Make or Equivalent.

(b) 16 MM Dia. Hole 250 mm depth with RE-500 or PE-500 epoxy chemical of Hilti/Wuearth Make or Equivalent.

(c) 20 MM Dia. Hole 250 mm depth with RE-500 or PE-500 epoxy chemical of Hilti/Wuearth Make or Equivalent.

SUB HEAD - II : ANTI TERMITE TREATMENT WORK:

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified. (a) Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) : (a) Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc.: (i) With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) : (a) Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor: (i) With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.

SUB HEAD-III : PLAIN AND REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE WORK:

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

(a) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses,parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets,sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : a) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.“(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.“Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).

(a) All works upto plinth level.

Deduction for not pumping of concrete to site of laying.

Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete. a)Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III): 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) including Providing & applying a coat of DAMP PROOF membrane approved on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer's specification ( per 50 kg cement).

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

(a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

(b) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses,plinth and string courses etc.

(c) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

(d) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

(e) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

(f) Stairs, (excluding landings) except spiral-staircases.

(g) Weather shade, Chajjas, corbels etc., including edges.

Extra for additional height in centering, shuttering where ever required with adequate bracing, propping etc. including cost of de-shuttering and decentring at all levels, over a height of 3.5 m, for every additional height of 1 meter or part thereof (Plan area to be measured). (a) Suspended floors, roofs, landing, beams and balconies (Plan area to be measured).

Add for plaster drip course/ groove in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections.

Providing and fixing in position Stainless steel Grade 304 plate-1.0 mm thick as per design for expansion joints. (a) 300 mm wide.

Providing and laying 40 mm wide expansion joints to roof as per details shown in the drawing and filling the same with filler board & back up rod of approved make and top 40 x 20 mm gap from finished surface shall be sealed with THIOFLEX 600 two part, polysulphide sealant, manufactured by Fosroc to BS 4254 :1983 after priming using Primer 7E. The Cost shall inclusive of sealant material, labour for necessary surface preparation, and application and excluding of filler board & back up rod.

SUB HEAD - IV : BRICK WORK:

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : (a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: (a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : (a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level.Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including Extra for providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6mm dia. M.S. bars at every third course of half brick masonry. (a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Brick edging 7cm wide 11.4 cm deep to plinth protection with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 including grouting with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

SUB HEAD - V : FINISHING :

Providing of 6mm cement plaster of mix in all surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) at all levels. .

Providing of 12 mm cement plaster of mix in all surface with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) at all levels.

Providing of 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick / C.C wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) at all levels.

Providing of 18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge.

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers.

White washing with lime to give an even shade : (a) New work (three or more coats)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer Including with Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Proving and Laying Vaccum dewatered cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1 cement ;1.5 coarse sand and 3 graded aggregate of 20mm)flooring in alternate panels of 3x4m including reinforcement 8mm at 200 c/c .Vaccum dewatered technic to accelerate the evaporation of excess water in green concrete using rigid or flexible suction mat incorporating filter layer and vaccum generators (80 to 90% vaccum to be applied at the rate of 3 to 5 minute per 25mm depth ) all as per specification including cutting grooves 4mmx20mm deep in flooring with diamond saw cutting machine before the concrete is seven days old including providing and filling the grooves with polysulphate sealant of approved make or equivalent (modified semi rigid epoxy joint filler ) including cost of required the panel shuttering work with steel channel and as per direction of Engineer-In- charge.The work shall be carried out by specialist agency approved by Engineer -in charge

Epoxy Flooring : Preparing the concrete floor surface using captive shot blasting machine .Cut open all construction joints to fill with epoxy putty using Nitocote VF or Equivalent .Same treatment will be carried out to treat shrinkage joints.Providing and laying one coat of Nitoprime 25 or equivalent .Providing and applying Nitoflor SL or equivalent conductive undercoat and overcoated with Notoflor SL or equivalent conduvtive top coat in 3 mm thick over primed surface at 7.5 sq mt per pack and finishing as per Forsroc specification .When measured for surface resistance in accordance with BS2050:1978 (A-1984) and DIN EN 1081 ,the static conductive topping including under coat shall be in range of 50-1000 K ohms . When tested for static decay as per Federal test method 101B ,Method 4046, the static conductive tppic shall take not more than a time of 0.01 seconds to decay with +5KV peak charge to 0% .The surface resistance of the conductive undercoat shall be in the range of 3-9 K ohms .Note : Copper strip will be provided to connet earthing point for safe discharge of charges .Make : Forsroc or Equivalent.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished,premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size,approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement,mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing,moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. a) Granite of any colour and shade. i) Area of slab over 0.50 sqm.

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc.complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. a) Granite work.

Extra for providing opening of required size & shape for wash basin/kitchen sink in kitchen platform, vanity counter and similar location in marble/ Granite/ stone work, including necessary holes for pillar taps etc. including moulding, rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing stone slab with table rubbed, edges rounded and polished, of size 75x50 cm deep and 1.8 cm thick, fixed in urinal partitions by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and finished smooth. (a) Granite Stone of approved shade.

SUB HEAD - VII : WOOD WORK / ALUMINIUM WORK :

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351,manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness, including jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 1.60 mm,pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, with mortar guards,lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge: a) Profile C - 125 X 60 X 1.6 mm i) Fixing with adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. (a) 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws including Extra for providing lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens 25 mm minimum depth on all edges of flush door shutters.

Extra for Not Providing and fixing IS : 12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges (heavy weight) with stainless steel screws etc. complete : (a) 125 x 64 x 2.5 mm.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness .The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat.Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

Providing and fixing : (a) 30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/ Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table - 3 of IS: 14856, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling,C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : a) For fixed portion. i) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron):

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) a) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineerin-charge. (a) Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

(a) With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness.

SUB HEAD - IX : ROOFING & WATER PROOFING:

Supplying and fixing of precoated Zincalume / Galvalume sheet roofing of 0.5mm TCT -AZ-150, 550 mpa (Alumunium Zinc Alloy coating of 150 gms, per sqm total on both sides) as per AS: 1397 in cover width of 1000-1020 mm, (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge).The end rib shall be designed for anti-capillary action, to avoid any seepage of water through the lateral overlap. The feed material is manufactured out of nominal 0.45 mm Base Metal Thickness (BMT), Hi-strength steel with min. 550 MPa yield strength. The steel sheet shall be fastened with 25 μm zinc-tin alloy coated, Hex head, self-drilling screw as per AS 3566-2002 Class 3 fasteners of approved make with EPDM washer as per the requirement considering the profile shape and design load. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12meter or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre,shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc.

Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (a)12.5 mm thick square edge PVC Laminated Gypsum Tile of size 595x595 mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard, manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 part I and laminated with white 0.16mm thick fire retardant PVC film on the face side and 12micron metalized polyester on the back side with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit.

Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on horizontal surface at all depth below ground level for under ground structures as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of : i) Ist layer of 22 mm to 25 mm thick approved and specified rough stone slab over a 25 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended roportion over the leveling course (leveling course to be paid eparately). Joints sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound. ii) 2nd layer of 25 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in ecommended proportions. iii) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10 mm to 12 mm nominal size spreading @ 8 cudm/sqm thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer. (a) Using rough kota stone.

Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on the vertical surface by fixing specified stone slab 22 mm to 25 mm thick with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in recommended proportions with a gap of 20 mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior of stone slab with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 20 mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge : (a) Using rough Kota stone

Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., kitchen and the like consisting of: (i) Ist course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. (ii) IInd course of 20 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. (iii) IIIrd course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 kg. per sqm of area. (iv) IVth course of 400 micron thick PVC sheet. (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100 mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 kg/ sqm).

Providing and Placing in position suitable PVC water stops conforming to IS : 12200 construction and expansion joints between two rcc members and fixed to the reinforcement with building wire before pouring concrete etc. complete. (a) Serrated with central bulb (225 mm wide , 8-11 mm thk.)

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs,balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs.

(c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep.

(e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge : (i) With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

SUB HEAD - XIV : ROAD WORK AND WATER HARVESTING:

ROAD WORK:

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

Supply and laying of moorum (of plasticity index <6) in road embankment to proper grade and level in layer of 150mm thickness and consolidating with road roller to achieve the modified proctor density of 97%, all complete as per drawing, specficiations and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all eads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (a) With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler,cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : (a) On W.M.M. @ 0.75 Kg I sqm.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (a) 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-2 class R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete

Painting road surface marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS : 164, on bituminous surface in white/yellow shade, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete. (a) New work (Two or more coats).

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

WATER HARVESTING:

Providing Rain water harvesting pit of size 2m dia and 2.5m depth. The pit shall have 750mm of 40mm stone agreegate at the bottom over which there shall be 750mm of 40mm of stone aggregate and 1000mm of coarse sand filling respectively. Brick work allround the periphery of the pit 300mm below ground and 150mm of above.

SUB HEAD -XV : ARBORICULTURE / LANDSCAPING:

Supply of grass and planting by dibbling the area including watering & Maintenance of Lawn for 30 days or more till grass forms a thick lawn cushion free from weeds. With Bermuda Grass (15 cm x 15 cm apart) Including required filling with red soil or Agriculture good earth with One Year Maintenance after Completion of Work.

Trees:- Digging of pits of size 1x1x1m and refilling with good agriculture soil and well decomposed cattle manure in 4:1 ratio. Supply and planting of approved Tree species of healthy grownup saplings with good root system. Saplings should be of minimum 4 ft height from ground level after plantation. Maintenance includes, regular watering, de-weeding, loosening of soil fortnight, manuring with cattle manure and fertilizer, training, pruning, staking and spraying of insecticide and fungicide, Including One Year Maintenance after Completion of Work.

Shrubs: Digging of pits of size 0.60x0.60x0.60m and refilling with good agriculture soil and well decomposed cattle manure in 3:1 ratio. Supply and planting of approved Shurbs species of healthy grownup saplings with good root system. Saplings should be of minimum 2 ft height from ground level after plantation. Maintenance includes, regular watering, de-weeding, loosening of soil fortnight, manuring with cattle manure and fertilizer, training, pruning, staking and spraying of insecticide and fungicide, Including One Year Maintenance after Completion of Work.

Hedges: Digging of trenches of size 0.30 x 0.30m (width & depth) and refilling with good agriculture soil and cattle manure in 4:1 ratio. Maintenance includes, regular watering, de-weeding, loosening of soil fortnight, manuring with cattle manure and fertilizer, pruning, shaping and spraying of insecticide and fungicide, Including One Year Maintenance after Completion of Work.

Flower Beds: Digging upto 0.10m refilling with good soil and cattle manure in 3:1 ratio. Preparation of beds supply and planting of of healthy grown up plant material. Maintenance includes regular watering, de-weeding, manuring with manure and fertilizer.pruning, shaping and spraying of insecticide and fungicide, Including One Year Maintenance after Completion of Work.

Potted Plants: Supply and maintaining the Indoor and Outdoor potted plants in a good healthy and disease free condition of various varieties and in different type of pots.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of trees and saplings of girth 30 cm to 50 cm and replanting of uprooting trees as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

The Crane shall be designed for earthquake and sesmic qualification. Span to be measured by the Bidder at Site and it shall be his sole responsibility to provide span suitable.

Supply of 20 Ton capacity Double Girder crab type EOT Crane with VVVF drive complete with long travel and cross travel movements as per technical specifications and as per IS: 807 / IS: 3177 and other relevant IS standards of the latest revision. All drives should be provided with alternative parallel path with DOL starter for main speed only. Building : Maintenence Building-1No Span: 20 + 0.5 mts Lift: 6 mts. Bay length: 80 mts.

Supply of shrouded bus bar system with double shoe copper current collections system complete with support tracks, cable loops, junction boxes and cable from main supply point to crane festoons with all necessary fixtures.

Supply of material for Rails section 50 Square bar of prime material in standard length, complete with mounting arrangement at the building over the crane girder including painting of rails with approximate colour code as approved by the dept.

Part-II: - Erection, testing and commissioning :

D.G. set should have exhaust chimney of Suitable Length as per statutory requirement with suitable M.S. structure complete between exhaust of engine till out let point for discharging fuel gas. Drawing of which should be submitted for approval.(Necessary cost to shall be included.)

The rate quoted shall be for the entire job including exhaust piping complete up to trial test. No extra rates to be quoted for any items for the DG set.

All Necessasary control cables of between DG set, AMF panel / Sync Panel, MLTP and Battery charger shall be part of supply. Necessasary BOM shall be submitted during approval process.

Scope also includes preparing necessary drawing submitting to authorities, getting their approval / sanction and final certificate including NOC from pollution board (if required) to energize the D G Set.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of exhaust M.S. piping suitable for 320 KVA Dgset with flexible connections, thermal insulated asbestos / rockwool lagging with chicken mesh and aluminium sheet wrapping over the exhaust pipes and silencer inside the generator room and with two coats of anti-corrosive primer coating and two coats of heat resistant paint for exposed piping outside the building. The exhaust pipe shall be taken minimum 3.0mtrs. above the height of the building. The rate shall also include cost of necessary supports, steel brackets, scoffolding etc., all complete as required.

Supply and erection of structural support for exhaust pipe using necessary MS frame work. The structural support shall be made out of MS frame work using adequate size MS angles. The vendor shall visit site and quantify the steel requirement and submit the quote along with the GA drgs.

Supply and installation of hand pump, to pump the storage fuel from barrels to the Day tank with flexible hose pipes etc.,
