I. Structural / masonry repair works Providing and plastering with CM 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches including cutting patches in proper shape, racking out joints, preparing and plastering the surface of walls/ RCC members, scaffolding, curing, disposal of rubbish near plant main gate by mechanical means, adopting all applicable safety measures/PPEs etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Chipping unsound/weak concrete material from all RCC members such as chajjas, slabs, lintels, beams, columns, parapet, pardi etc., with manual chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brushes, disposal of debris near plant main gate by mechanical means and scaffolding, adopting all applicable safety measures/PPEs etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by Engineer. 2.1) 25 mm average thickness

Providing, mixing and applying Nitozinc primer (epoxy based-Fosroc brand) over exposed surface area of reinforcing bars in all RCC members including cleaning rust from the reinforcing steel bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by manual/ mechanical means, scaffolding, adopting all applicable safety measures/PPEs etc., all complete at all levels as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer. 3.1) Bars upto 12 mm diameter

Providing, mixing and applying epoxy resin concrete bonding coat using Nitobond EP (Fosroc brand) on chipped surface area of all vertical/horizontal RCC members including surface preparation, scaffolding, adopting all applicable safety measures/PPEs etc., all complete at all levels as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Providing, mixing and applying shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar using Renderoc SP40 (Fosroc brand) on spalled/de-laminated portion of all vertical/horizontal RCC members including surface preparation,curing, scaffolding, adopting all applicable safety measures/PPEs etc., all complete at all levels as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer. 5.1) 25 mm average thickness in two layers.

50 mm average thickness in three layers.

Providing and laying 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement:four coarse sand) on brick masonry/RCC surface including scaffolding, curing, adopting all applicable safety measures/PPEs etc.., all complete at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

II. Joinery works Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows and ventilators with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285,fixing with dash fasteners of required diameter and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at the junctions i.e. at top,bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth,rust free straight,mitred and joined mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, CP brass/stainless Steel screws, scaffolding, adopting all applicable safety measures/PPEs etc.., all complete at all levels as per drawings, specificatoins and as directed by the Engineer. 7.1) For fixed Portion with powder coated Aluminium sections (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)
