All fixing to be done to the entire satisfaction and as approved by Engineer-In-charge. The job includes the cost on account of tools tackles/ labour /accessories/fittings/valves. PN: Suitable to handle the pump pressure.

Part B: Electrical Works. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Heavy Duty VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) Panel of rating 5 HP or Suitable for the Submersible Pump, of standard make to generate slow motion effects. Make reputed.

SITC of 100 A Three Phase Control Panel including 100 A 4 Pole MCCB, C/O Switch, Bus Bar copper, Voltmeters, Ammeters, Switch-gear. The panel shall be fabricated sheet metal 14 guage with powder coated out door type with rating IP67. The Outhgoing shall have 1.Outgoing Feeder for cummilative 5 HP Pump compatible with VFD starter. 2.Outgoing Feeder for cummilative 2 HP pump with suitable starter. 3.Outgoing feeder for makeup water pump - cummilative 1 HP with suitable starter. 4.Feeder suitable for Fountain Lighting. 4.Auxillary Feeder (Blank) The Job also includes complete earthing of all equipment.

Supplying and fixing of maintenance-free chemical earthing system with GI electrode of size 3.0 m long, 50 mm diameter, hot dip galvanized to 80 microns, with terminal arrangement on top including copper strip/lug for termination. The electrode shall be surrounded with backfill compound (BFC) like bentonite/graphite compound in a bore hole of 100 mm to 150 mm diameter. The complete system shall have a resistance of less than 1 ohm when tested. It shall be installed complete with watering arrangement, PVC cap, funnel, and masonry chamber with CI cover of appropriate size. -------Two (02) No’s. Earth resistance to be maintained below 1 Ω and tested using clamp-type earth tester after installation.

Part C: Civil Works Excavating trenches of required width for cables etc. including excavation for sockets and dressing of sides, ramming of bottom depth upto 900 mm including getting out the excavated soil rubble soling, sand filling upto 3" above the pipe/cable and then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cms in depth including filling fine sand alround, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, in all soils.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 /25/ 40 mm as per requirment on the site including excavation and refilling of earth work centering and shuttering for concrete complete in all respects.

Dismantling of the existing Fountain and site clearence including Sump cleaning and also the transportation by mechanical/manual means of the dismantled fountain to the place as the per the satisfaction of the intending department.

Demolition work as required to enable installation of piping and sump pump, including cutting/breaking of concrete, masonry, or flooring, removal of debris from site, and making good surfaces where necessary, complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
