Dismantling and taking down the electric motor of fire pump set 100 HP capacity and transporting to work Shop and carrying out servicing/ maintenance of motor unit as per the following maintenance work:- (a) Opening of electric motor and cleaning/ removing dust from Armature and field coil (b) Cleaning of used/ old lubricated substance (c) Cleaning of starter and rotor unit (d) Checking and tightening of coupling, nuts, bolts and replacement of rubber insert. (e) Carrying out heat varnishing with varnish solution of best quality for field and armature coil. (f) Replacement of oil worn out bearings. (g) Reassembling the complete motor and carrying out testing at work Shop and transporting back to installation and coupling with pumping set including necessary alignment, cable connection all as directed.

Disconnecting the suction and delivery pipe line and electric connections ofunserviceable centrifugal pump of head-90 m, discharge-180 cum per hour, Model No-DSM 100/36 Make-Kirlosker coupled with electric motor 100 HP, 3 Phase and removing it from its position carefully and transporting to the work shop and refixing the same in its original position after servicing including replacement of bushes , machining the pump shaft to suit in new bushes all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Consumable stores like cotton waste/cleaning materials lubricants , gland packing metal filling , machining and transportation from site to work shop are deemed to be included in rate quoted

Disconnecting and taking out the electric driven Jockey pump Motor of capacity 18.5 KW (Kirloskar make), by disconnecting the pump motor coupling, inlet and outlet pipe line for foundation. Repair to Motor by replacement of burn out windings of stator/rotor, coupling and bearing, repairing of worn out spare parts , reassembling the motor after repairs, including replacement of all nuts, bolts, washers, gland packing, greasing etc and fixing the motor in its original position / foundation and testing on load complete and all as directed and as specified.

Disconnecting and taking out the electric driven Jockey pump of discharge capacity 500 LPM at 7.5 kg/sqcm by disconnecting the pump motor coupling, inlet and outlet pipe line for foundation etc. Repair to pump by replacement of worn out gland cap, gland bush, coupling and bearing, repairing of worn out shaft, impeller by suitable re-metalling, finishing up to suitable size and doing necessary heat treatment, replacement of impeller key with new one including necessary heat treatment, reassembling the pump after repairs, including replacement of all nuts, bolts, washers, gland packing, greasing etc and fixing the pump in its original position / foundation and testing on load complete and all as directed and as specified.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC insulated and sheathed Copper Flexible Cable cable, 3 core, multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694, of size 6.0 sqmm in PVC conduit from starter to sewage pump complete.
