Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :In cement mortar

Dismantling bituminous road manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Retaining walls, return walls, walls (anythickness) including attached pilasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering

Chequerred ISI factory made precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing weapholes in brick masonary/stone masonary/ plain reinforced concrete abutments, wing wall, return wall, with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structure with slopr of 1(V):20(H) towards face complete drawing face complete as per drawing and technical Specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7

Steel work In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar workswelded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

Providing and laying ISI factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete 60mm paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in?Charge
