Dismantling of old unserviceable ACSR conductors from existing PCC/RCC/Steel poles.

Dismantling of old unserviceable insulators any type & any size from pole (PCC/RCC/Steel )

Dismantling of Cross arms of MS channel or angle section etc complete.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable LT under ground cable of any description and in any position from trenches/ under floor, roads, paths or from walls / from poles/ from ducts etc.complete all as specified and directed of following cross sectional area.

Dismantling GI earth wire/ old unsv guarding

Taking out unsv pipe 40/50/80/100mm dia

Dismantling stay assembly complete (demolition of concrete and excavation measured separately)

Taking out old LT PCC poles

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m depth for foundation , laying of cables/pipes/poles etc., and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding of 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus soil as obtained from excavation to a distance not exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry river sand for cable cushioning in trenches to required width at bottom and top of cable including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:-Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying old size brick covering with width equal to length of brick as the mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' laid in trenches flat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of PCC poles/struts as specified including necessary form work, complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and fixing 100mm bore, light grade , Galvanised mild steel pipe / tubing, complete with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete for cable proction all as specified and directed of following sizes:-. (Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule ):-

All as per description of serial item No. 15.00 above but 80 mm bore pipe.

All as per description of serial item No. 15.00 above but 50 mm bore pipe.

All as per description of serial item No. 15.00 above but 40 mm bore pipe.

Taking down old unsv ACSR Conductor and M & L of aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of suitable sizes including straining properly on insulators and binding with new aluminum binding wire complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Sizes of ACSR conductors will be decided by Engr-in-Charge as per site requirement.

Taking down old cross arms and M & L of Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down old unsv insulator and M&L of Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts gradecomplete all as specified & directed.

Taking down guard wire and M & L of Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia. complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out old unsv danger plate and supply & fixing of Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unsv strands & M & L Galvanised stay strand, 7/4mm complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old stay assembly and M&L for Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 complete all as specified & directed. Note:- loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately

Taking down old LT poles and Supply and erect in position 9.00 mtr long prestressed cement concrete poles of cross section 102 x 152 mm at top and 102 x 989mm at bottom, class 10, conforming to IS-1678-1978 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for trimming of branches of trees touching LT Electric overhead line manually or JCB wherever required and making clear about 5 m in radius and carrying and disposal where directed not exceeding 50 m complete all as directed.

M&L for horizontal holes under roads/ pavements/ hard standing etc. at a depth as directed but not less than 1.00 m below existing Ground level, of suitable dia to accomodate pipes upto 100 mm dia , by any means for horizontal boring for passing of cable etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for horizontal holes under roads/ pavements/ hard standing etc. at a depth as directed but not less than 1.00 m below existing Ground level, of suitable dia to accomodate pipes upto 80 mm dia , by any means for horizontal boring for passing of cable etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying new cable in trenches or fixed to wall/pole or passing through pipe cable LT 1100 volts grade heavy duty, XLPE insulated or UGAC, armoured heavy duty electric cable , with aluminium conductor of size 2 core 10 Sqmm complete all as specified & directed.

All as per description of serial item no. 26.00 above but of size 4 core 16 sqmm

All as per description of serial item no. 26.00 above but of size 4 core 25 sqmm

All as per description of serial item no. 26.00 above but of size 3.5 core 70 sqmm

Takin down old services wire and Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 6 sq. mm 2 core solid conductor nominal cross section in service connections complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old services wire and Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire with two single core cables of size 10 sqmm complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Aluminium lugs thimple/bottle type of size 95 to 180 Sqmm including taking down old one complete all as specified & directed.

All as per description of serial item No. 29.00 above but of size 35 to 70 Sqmm.
