Renovation of various quarter at Budshah flats by bifurcating 3 BHK into two number 1 BHK

Dismantling tile work in walls laid in cement mortar thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of disposal of mulba/ rubbish to the dumping ground outside the munciple limits .

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of mulba/ rubbish to the dumping ground outside the munciple limits.

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material .

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means in floor , and above.1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) and di sposal of mulba/ rubbish to the dumping ground outside the munciple limits .

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls,return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses ,parapets, coping,bedblocks,anchors blocks,plainwindowsills, fillets etc upto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4coarse sand) upto V floor level.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles (Digital Series) conforming to IS : 13753 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer or minimum thickness 5mm), of approved make like AGL, NITCO,ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade upto floor V level complete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Shelves (cast-in-situ)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening. cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.Including all carriages upto site of work.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars. Fe 500 of Tata/sail/jindal.
