SPL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF LT OH LINES TO UG CABLE WITH ALLIED WORKS AT OFFRS MD ACCN AT NAMS (3rd Call)

Supply, installation, fabrication, testing and commissioning of new LT Panel board, (CPRI type tested) Factory made cubical type, Outdoor type, floor mounted, factory made out of 50mm x 50mmx6mm angle iron frame and 3.15mm inner CRCA steel sheet side covers with front and back hinged doors with proper locking arrangement, rubber gasket on front and back to make it dust and vermin proof, powder coated including suitable rated aluminium bus bar sleeved with heat shrink sleeve colour coated for 3 Phase, 4 wire electric supply system and wiring with suitable size of 1000 amps (04 Nos 1000 Amps for Phase and neutral) rated aluminium bus bar complete powder coated paint with and providing necessary foundation/plateform of the feeder pillar and provision for incoming and outgoing cable, cable gland, replacement of lugs for existing cables as per site requirement and proper finshing as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall be of all inclusive.(ii) Drawing for LT feeder piller box shall be got approved by GE before fabrication.(iii) Platform for the feeder pillar board with PCC 1:2:4 15 Cm thick in foundation, Brick (Sub Class B) work in CM 1:6 ,rendering 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding on top and grouting legs of panel . The platform shall be of 60 cm below ground level and 60Cm height above ground level . Rate for Platform shall be included in the quoted rate.

Supply & fixing of Automatic operation single phase street light timing panel CRCA sheet steel enclosure powder coated of size 300mm x 375mm x160mm (WxHxD) and suitable for upto 6 KW application having lighting control through astronomical calculation of sunrise / sunset time by setting data, time & degree or longitude and latitude without separate light sensor and wired with suitable size copper cable and comprising of following items: - (i) Astronomical timer switch digital type - 01 No. (ii) MCB single pole ‘C’ curve, 40A, 10 KA - 01 No. (iii) MCB SPN 40A - 01 No. (iv) Power contactor TP 32 A - 01 No. (v) Auxiliaries MCBs for changeover, 6A - 1 Nos. M & L for passing through poles from junction box to street light connection,1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with weather proof, PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with an inner sheathing PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed 4 sq mm 2 core complete all as specified & directed.

M&L LT Cable junction box shall be made out of Polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced and size should be not less than 200mm x 160mm x 92 mm(upto Cable Size 25sq.mm). The Polycarbonate Junction Box shall be environment friendly, recyclable, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. The Junction Box shall be rated for Degree of ingress Protection IP 65/66 in accordance with IEC 60529.Weatherproof UV-resistant, rainwater-proof, temperature-resistant. The gasket material of junction box shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The Junction Box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998 - 1, IEC 60670 - 22 & IEC 60670 - 2 - 5. The Junction Box Black Colour according to RAL 9011. The manufacturer of Junction Box / Enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC Certificate . For better safety the Polycarbonate enclosure and shall be fire retardant & self - extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695 - 2 - 11, DIN VDE 0304 Part - 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 degree Centigrade & Current Carrying Capacity upto 102Amps. The impact strength of Polycarbonate enclosure / boards i.e. the Degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298 - 98 for IK 08 including one No. 4 pole connector and one no. MCB SP 'C' curved 6/10 Amp 9/10KA with Suitable Glands 3 Noswith each and chromium plated clamps, nut bolts complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions. Manufacturer should submit routine test certificate of CJB/PJB. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for cable end termination joint suitable for 1100 volt grade XLPE LT cable, outdoor type terminal heat shrinkable type joint complete with all jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core PVC/XLPE insulated armoured cable of size 240 to 300 Sqmm 3.5/4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No: 24 above but LT cable size of 400 to 500 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing earth strip continuity conductor on main earthing lead fixed to Panel/pole or buried in ground or at any other situation for loop earthing extra as required (beyond 7.5 M) of GI Strip 25x4 mm complete all as specified and as directed.
