The rates also includes cost of cleaning of Cement sand mortar complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge (N.S)

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas ( exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m, and excluding of disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. All kinds of soil complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.(DSR 2..6.1)

Carriage of earth by mechanical transport including loading. unloading Lead of 2 km complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-ln-Charge. (DSR 1.1.2)

Preparaton of sub grade including trenching rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level and camber,watering, rolling with a road rotler and compaction of bed complete in all respect to the entre sat1sfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge (N S)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: ( 1 Cement: 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). (DSR 4.1.10)

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (N.S)

Providing and Laying of kerb of size 1'-0" x1'-0" x 0'-4" thickness at bottom and 0' 3" thickness at top and made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 duly vibrated and compacted. The rates also includes fixing in position at or near ground level in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (N.S)

Providing and laying precasting plain cement concrete Channel of size 2'-0" x 1'-0" x 3" thick duly mixed, mechanically & compacted made of PCC 1:2:4 duly cured and finished. , jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (N.S)

Laying old PCC tiles of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 20 mm thick cement sand mortar 1:4 including grouting of joints complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (N.S)

Providing and fixing Precasting plain cement concrete tiles of size 1'-0" x 1'-0" x 3" thick duly mixed, mechanically & compacted made of PCC 1:1.5:3 duly cured and finished. The rates is to be fixed over 20mm thick cement sand mortar 1:4 including grouting of joints complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-charge (N.S)
