Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for walling of laterite stone masonry of squared rublbe, regular coursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 5 here in before but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over laterite stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20mm to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified of laterite walling un coursed or brought up to the courses complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick plastering work in rendering cement mortar 1:4 on laterite stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work or stone surface, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash including preparing new plastered surface of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed, with and including use of form work complete all as specified and directed.
