M&L for preparing of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint on walls with using of all scaffolding,trestles,ladders,cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including removing of nails,making good holes,cracks,washing floors, cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation and complete removal of existing treatment on walls of old decorated surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint on walls with using of all scaffolding,trestles,ladders,cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including removing of nails,making good holes,cracks,washing floors, cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old surfaces and applying one coat of cement wash using Portland cement with using of all scaffolding,trestles,ladders,cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including removing of nails,making good holes,cracks,washing floors, cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of previously treated wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with using of all scaffolding,trestles,ladders,cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including removing of nails,making good holes,cracks,washing floors, cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with using of all scaffolding,trestles,ladders,cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including removing of nails,making good holes,cracks,washing floors, cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Matrial and Labour for preparation of decorated surfaces and applying one coat of apex blue colour external finish on wall/chajja, roof facia (projected portion) with using of all scaffolding,trestles,ladders,cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including removing of nails,making good holes,cracks,washing floors, cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge. all as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Matrial and Labour for preparation of decorated surfaces and applying two coats of apex blue colour external finish on wall/chajja, roof facia (projected portion) with using of all scaffolding,trestles,ladders,cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including removing of nails,making good holes,cracks,washing floors, cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge. all as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L preparing old decorated surfaces, including cornices and applying one coat of white wash on walls including removing of nails,making good holes,cracks,washing floors, cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 8 above but on ceiling.

Complete removal of existing treatment from walls including scrapping and removing the entire scales of existing treatment by Mechanical means complete all as directed.
