Widening and Strengthening of Baghrai To Dhingwas via Rajapur link road (ODR) (Km-6.60 to 14.00 Km ) in Year 2020-21

Construction of embankment and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per MORTH clause 3.16 & 305

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per MORTH clause 3.60 & 301

Construction of earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and lead upto 1 KM transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.with lead up to 1000m as per MORTH clause 305, 3.18

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarifyied with all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.as per MORTH clause 3.15, 305.4.3

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORTH clause 401 (B)

Providing, laying and spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadem specification inculding Premixing the matreial with water at O.M.C. with 1% cement (OPC) and 3.5% Bitumen Emulsion (SS-2) in mechnical mix palnt (pag mil) carriage of mixed material by tipper to site. Laying in uniform layer in sub base/base coarse on well prepared sub base and compacting smooth wheel roller of 80-100 KM To achive desired density including, lighting barricating and maintence and diversion as table no. 400.11/ 400.12 and technical specification no. 406, 4.12

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm (dry and huge surface) on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical broom completely including the cost of all labour, T&P. As per MORTH no 503

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing as per MORTH clause 6.2 & 602

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work as per MORTH clause 304 . & 3.13 (i) For Construction of U Shap Drain in abadi portion

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. as per MORTH clause 408 & 9.10

RCC work with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 course sand:3 graded stone grit 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete with binding wire but excluding cost of M.S. work including supply all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per MORTH clause 12.8

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. as per MORTH clause 12.4 & 1600

Providing and Laying 40mm. Guage O.B.B. ballast (dry brick ballast) Complete in foundation For Construction/Widening of NP-3 Hume pipe Culvert

Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 nominal mix with 40 mm stone ballast fine sand & cement in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Supply and Laying of 1000 mm dia H.P. NP3 Including cartage upto site Laying in cement mortor with Jute, Labour T&P etc.

Supply and Laying of 600 mm dia H.P. NP3 Including cartage upto site Laying in cement mortor with Jute, Labour T&P etc.

Supply and Laying of 350 mm dia H.P. NP3 Including cartage upto site Laying in cement mortor with Jute, Labour T&P etc.

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.as per MORTH clause 1300 & 12.5

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications as per MORTH clause 1300 & 13.2

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical Specifications as per MORTH clause 1300 & 13.3

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20 H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications. For widening of R.C.C Culvert

Providing and laying Filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Providing Tarfelt over bed block including suply of material labour T&P etc complete as per direction of I/E.
