Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°,landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills,staircasesand spiralstair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering,finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing inposition and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for suspended floors,roofs, landings, platforms.

Shuttering Edge of slab

Finishing walls with water proof cement paints of approved brand and manufactureto give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work including priming coat.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture ( two or more coats) and of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors,windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: -Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately). 35 mm thick 2nd class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick , 2nd class Deodar wood.

Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge , 35 mm thick 2nd class Deodar wood .

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying ; (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound@ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg./sqm. and coarse sand @1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately) For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan ( Indian type WC pan) with 100 mm sand cost iron P&S trap, 10 lt low level white PVC flushing cistern, including flush pipe ( of approval make) with manually controlled device ( handeled lever) conforming to IS: 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors whereever required . White viterous China Orissa pattern WC pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

Provinding and fixing 20mm dia Nominal bore medium G.I pipe complete with G.I. coplete job.

Providing and fixing wash basin with CI brackets, 15 mm CP brass pillar taps, 32mm CP brass waste of standard pattern including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls whereever required.

Providing and fixing controlled flush , low level cistern made of viterous china with all fittings complete , 10 liter ( full flush) capacity - white.

Providing and fixing 100 mm dia PVC pipes

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore CP brass long bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weigthing not less than 810 grams

Engage Toilet sucker vehicle for clearence of septic tank and disposal up to 8 kms,
