Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used , hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing fine polished cuddapah slab of following thickness for cup-board arrangements including laying to correct alignment with necessary cement mortar and black powder etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with Two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work)

Supplying and fixing in position Indian make bevelled edge mirror of approved quality and brand PVC / Fibre Glass framed 5.5mm thick mirror of followingsize , Shelf type with hard board backing of approved colour fixed with brass screws, rawl plug, etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The mirror should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on woks)

Painting Old wood work with Two coat of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4' 36W fluorescent fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round block son wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed FRLS Copper leads from terminals to the fitting

Providing comprehensive deep cleaning, sanitization, integrated pest control, and PVC water tank cleaning of the official residence premises, as directed by departmental officers. The work includes sweeping and wet-mopping floors with neutral cleaning solutions; mechanized vacuuming of ceilings, windows, and upholstery to remove dust and cobwebs; and deep cleaning, de-scaling, and disinfecting toilets and fixtures using non-destructive branded chemicals. It also includes comprehensive pest control treatment using odorless, public health-approved insecticides via residual spraying and gel baiting in rooms, drainage junctions, and cabinets. Furthermore, the overhead PVC water tanks must be completely de-watered, cleared of sludge, and internal walls scrubbed with soft brushes and food-grade sanitizers to remove algae and biofilm without damaging the plastic material, followed by a final freshwater flush. All operations must include necessary labor, specialized equipment, chemical consumables, and safety gear, leaving the premises completely sanitized, pest-free, and fit for immediate occupation.
