Taking down old Unserviceable Gang Operating System, Supply & fixing of Switch air break, Triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulater and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 1250 Amps in replacement of old unserviceable Gang operating system at 66 KV in main line feeder.

Supply & fix in replacement of old unserviceable Lighting arrestor 69 KV, Make: LAMCO/ABB/SCHNEIDER

Servicing of existing Fire Extinguisher & refilling of dry type fire extiguisher ever safe ABC stored pressure type with pressure 24 bar( 27 degree centigrade) and working pressure 12 bar at ( 27 degree centigrade) with capacity 0f 2 kgs to 50 kgs Capacity Cylinders complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unserviceable PT, Supply and fixing in replacement of PT with new potential transformer oil Cooled with protective enclosure of ratio 66 KV/ 110 V /RT3/110V/RT3 Class 1.0/3P, Burden 100 VA/50 VA Voltage Factor 1.2 continuous / 1.5 for 30 seconds. ILV 12/28/75 KVP. Ins class B Ref Std IS : 3156/1992 One end earthed type with one No HRC fuse on HV side.Note :Primary Neutral to be solidly earthed including removing of old unserviceable PTs. Material and labour for servicing OLTC (on load top changing) system of 5/8 MVA, 66/ 11 KV power transformer after draining out transformer oil cleaning and checking the entire system, checking all moving contact portions, replacement of worn-out fixed or Roller contacts, resistor and Top gasket cleaning and checking of hylam barrier sheet (3nos) cleaning and checking of main driven shaft, all mechanical parts of driving mechanism, greasing where required for smooth operation, replacement of worn out brass nuts, tightening of gears, checking of entire system complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Dehydration of oil, and spares required shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply & Fix closing coil for 11 KV 400 Amp VCB 30/110 V DC including taking out old unserviceable coil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix Tripping coil for 11 KV 400 Amp VCB 30/110 V DC including taking out old unserviceable coil complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of out door Sub Station by cutting and removing vegetation growth and surface leveling complete all as specified and as directed.

Maintenance and servicing of 66 KV GOS, cleaning of carbon pits, greasing, checking proper alignment, lubrication with petroleum gel/CTC including replacing of defective minor items as and when required, Testing smooth operation with electrically driven motor mechanism complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, spreading & leveling stone aggregate of 20 mm size to the existing sub station all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix HT spout bushing for 11 KV, VCB , set of three current transformer/busbar side including taking out old unserviceable bushing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable, Supply and fixing of new DC power pack, 110/24/12 V DC for energizing tripping and closing coil installed in VCB/OCB

Supply and fix Trip-Neutral-Close (TNC) Switch, fixing with the existing HT VCB/OCB 11 KV Panel for including taking out old unserviceable TNC Switch complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Kaycee

Supplying of Vaccum Interupter Bottle for the existing HT VCB for including taking out old unserviceable Vaccum Interupter Bottle complete all as specified and as directed

Maintenance and servicing of battery panel 220/110/30/24 V DC with battery 55 Nos and its control Panels wiring, PCB, Relays and terminal cables with replacement of defective parts with new one including testing and servicing battery charges complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of unserviceable existing make and model IDMT relay numerical non directional over current and earth fault relay with communication feature (RS 485) with full automation system type Argus, Aux voltage 110 volt DC should comprise of the following feature :- (a) Three phase over current and one earth fault (b) High set - low set (c) RS-485 with full communication system (d) Multi characteristic for both over current and earth fault Make : L&T / SCHNEIDER / SEIMENS / ABB

Disconnection of Primary and secondary side of the Distribution Transformer of various capacity/ various locations including Dismantling the Radiator, Bushings, Conservator Tank, OLTC, vent pipe etc., after draining out existing transformer oil and kept the same into separate barrels to be arranged by the Contractor, Loading the transformer from platform upto the loading point including connected T & P like Cranes etc. and its accessories for carrying to the workshop.

Dismantling core, taking out damaged coil from its position for replacement, including supplying and fixing new winded coils with super enamelled copper winding wires of required gauge, number of turns & weight to suit with the existing coils with allied insulation materials, packing and spacers etc Assembling of core & winding including all connection, fittings, fixtures, drying out , clearing/ treatment of core /coil etc complete all as specified as directed by engineer in charge.

Painting with application of anti corrosive Red Oxide Zinc Chromate metal primer outside the main tank after proper scrapping and cleaning Spray painting with application of double coat of synthetic enamel finishing D A gray.

Testing and Commisioning of Rewinded transformer at site after refixing.

Supply and topping up of new transformer oil conforming to IS 335-1963 as amended duly filtered and tested to with stand die electric strength of 60 KV for one minute with air gap 2.5 mm of for HT transformer all as directed Note: Filtration of oil shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item Make: Electrol/Power Oil.

Taking down old bracket, Supply and fixing of Street Light Bracket cap type suitable for 9/11 mtr long pole for fixing of Street lights fitting including fixing with necessary bolts & nuts complete all as specified and all as directed by Engineer in charge
