Comprehensive maintenance of ceiling fans/ exhaust fans/ wall fans and connected electric circuit, tightening of loose wirring/conduits/ fan capacitors and connection carrying out minor repairs incl blade alignments, screwing/ tightening the nuts/ bolts/ washers, cleaning, greasing, fan cap, flexible conduit, incl taking down & refixing properly in the same position after repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of Geyser of any type or any capacity and nature such as taking down defective switch/ socket/ AC Box/ MCB SPN, TPN, SP loose connection, wiring short circuit any type, removing air lock or checking & replacing heating element/thermoastat/ indicator/ PVC connection/ geyser plug top/ 15 Amps switch & sockets, rectification of faulty electric circuits, tightening of loose connections, replacement of old u/s wiring/ conduits/ casing caping/ lights & connections etc. complete all as directed.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 1 & 2 :- (a) All T & P and labour team required comprising the Nos of trained electricians & helpers will be provided by the contractor daily as directed. (b) Rep of the contractor will present in complaint cell & responsible for receiving & attending the complaints from 08.30 Hrs to 04.30 Hrs the time of lodging the complaint. In absence of rep of Contractor penel recovery @ 100 Repees to be deducted per complaint not attended in the stipulated time frame. (c) Cost of minor stores such as screws, clamps, insulation tapes,nuts/ bolts, nail etc. of required size shall be deemed included in the above quoted item. (d) Complaints where complete replacement of faulty circuit/point wiring required, shall be measured under relevent item.
