Supplying and filling in plinth under floors including watering ramming consolidating in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth and dressing complete. (b) Supplying and filing in plinth with soil (other then BC soil ) having MDD not less than 1.85 t/m3 under floors including watering, ramming and compacting (minimum compaction 95% of MDD) in layers not exceeding 15cm depth and dressing complete.

Providing & laying 230mm thk compacted hard-core of 150 to 200mm size stone soling including watering, ramming, rolling, blinding with moorum including cost of all labour and material complete as per directions of Engineer-In-charge.

Preconstruction antitermite treatment to the building under construction by providing. Stage 1: Treating the bottom and the sides (upto 30 cm height of the excavated trench @ 5 liters per sqm of the surface area. Stage 2: After masonry/RCC work, the backfill in the immediate contact with the foundation structure treatment @ 7.5 liters per sqm. Of the vertical surface of the substructure for each side. Stage 3: surface treatment by spreading emulsion over the plinth area before laying the base concrete under floors @ 5.0 litres/Sqm. Stage 4: Pumping the emulsion in plinth masonry on filling side at floor junction @ 7.5 litres/Sqm. Stage 5: Pumping the emulsion from outer side of the plinth below ground around the masonry @ 5.0 litres/Sqm as per I.S. 8944 Emulsion. (1Chlorpyrifos: 19 water) with five years service guarantee (Measurements to be taken for plinth area) Note – Treatment should start when foundation trenches and pits are ready to take bed concrete or leveling course in foundations. Lying of bed concrete should start when the chemical emulsion has been absorbed by the soil and the surface is reasonably dry. Treatment should not be carried out when it is raining or when soil is wet with rain or subsoil water. This also applies to fill up soil within the plinth area before laying the subgrade for flooring.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing & laying 25mm thick Kota stone slab flooring laid over 20mm thick base and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :

Providing & laying Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.

M & L, 8mm thick granite Stone tile work of any colour and shade, mirror polished and machine cut edge for wall lining upto 10 m height with special adhesive over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand), with cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing in white cement with admixture of pigment to match the stone shade complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying double charge vitrified tiles polished finish of size 600 x 600mm in floor (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

Providing and laying double charge Vitrified tiles polished finished of size 600 x 600mm (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with dark shade pigment using ordinary cement to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

FINISHING WORK

Providing & applying 15 mm cement plaster in on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix in CM 1: 4 (1 Cement : 4 coarse Sand) all heights and levels including scaffolding, curing etc. complete.

Providing & applying 12mm cement plaster in CM 1:3 (1Cement : 4 Coarse sand) on ceiling surfaces, finished with a floating coat of neat cement of all heights and levels including scaffolding, curing etc. complete.

Providing & applying 18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished smooth including scaffolding and using admixture of approved make while plastering the junction of two different material such as RCC and brick etc.

Providing and fixing G.I. chicken mesh as per ISI specification and in the required width with 50mm long Bombay nails before plastering upt 10 meter height as in vertical and horizontal junction of RCC and brick/AAC work including scaffolding and all lead and lift etc. complete

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers.

Extra for plastering exterior walls of height more than 10 m from ground level for every additional height of 3 m or part thereof.

Providing and applying plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ltr of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coat on new work.

Finishing walls by any mechanical or manual means with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @1.67ltr/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 litre/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing & applying three or more coats of white washing with lime, using DDL (of pidilite) binder as per manufacturers specifications, to ceilings and walls to give an even shade, on new work including surface preparation at all levels & heights.

Providing and applying Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer [email protected] ltr/10 sqm of approved brand or manufactureof approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and applying Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand or manufacture.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutter 25 mm thick (for cupboard) including ISI marked nickel plated bright finished M.S. Piano hinges IS: 3818 marked with necessary screws, conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutter.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/5cm. Extra for covering top of membrane with Geotextile, 120 gsm non woven, 100% polyester of thickness 1 to 1.25 mm bonded to the membrane with intermittent touch by heating the membrane by Butane Torch as per manufactures recommendation.

ROAD & DEVELOPMENT

NOTE :- The slope/camber shall be provided during earth work only so that uniform thickness of all other layers can be maintained. Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Providing and applying Painting lines, dashes, arrows etc on roads in two coats on new work with ready mixed road Grade-I marking paint (cold applied reflective paint) conforming to IS:164 on concrete/bituminous surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control. Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in- charge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately).(Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.
