Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls and concrete surface etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces & finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any position incl scafolding etc, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new surface decorated brick/concrete plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and applying two coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over new surfaces as per manufacturer's specification etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving near 15 cm thick (below or above ground level).

Demolition of Brickwork built in cement mortar including all quioins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified.

M&L for brickwork with subclass `B` bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 06 above but except bricks by using old bricks from demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard core (broken stone or boulders) of gauge exc 63mm but not exc 100mm deposited spread and leveling in layers n exc 15cm thick watred and raming to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base under floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in floor finishes (Vertical/horizantal) by using formwork complete in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for diamond cut, diamond pre-polished kota stone slab 20-25mm thick, area of each stone slab exceeding 0.30 Sqm and not exceeding 1.50 Sqm (as approved by GE) in floors, steps etc laid over and including cement screed base 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including moulding & bull nosing on the edges and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for diamond cut, diamond pre-polished kota stone slab of 20 -25 mm thick as in skiting or dado over and including cement plaster 10mm thick in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut makrana white marble 18 to 20 mm thick as in skiting, dado, riser of steps, border & any design patern in flooring (as approved by GE) over and including cement rendering /bedding 10mm thick in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, moulding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles laid over and including cement screed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 including dismantling of existing floor tiles, stone slab with backing of any description complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15 above but on vertical surface such as in skirting/dado etc over backing coat of 10mm thick rendering CM (1:4) including dismantling of existing tiles, stone slab with backing of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick in vertical surface 300x450 or 300x 600 size set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including dismantling of existing floor wall, stone slab with backing of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, dismantling of existing floor tiles, stone slabwith backing of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of plain or corrugated sheeting any gauge thickness including Nainital or similar pattern as in roof covering, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rolled sections as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, rafters, standing poles, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing including distance pieces, cleats etc., conforming to Fe-410W Gde E- 250 quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Stainless steel work grade AISI 304 (as in vertical post, hand rails, railings in gallery, purlins, including special shaped, washers horizontal/vertical) fixed/welded in any position etc., complete using stainless steel fittings, notching, drilling, grinding, fitting cleats, fish plates, gusset plates, bolts & nuts etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting for channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 ltr capacity, ISI marked, double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed including taking out existing unserviceable overhead tank of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any size, pattern of laying and colour Lakha Red best quality & equivalent as approved by GE) laid over and including cement screed base 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, moulding, bull nosing on the edges and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable point wiring From existing conduit / batten type (light, fan, socket or power point) complete such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent holder, regulator and socket, light fittings etc and removing the material from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked and including PVC concealed conduit ISI marked of size 20 mm dia medium grade and PVC conduit fittings such as tees, bends, elbow, reducers except conduit junction box (junction box will be of MS) including FRLS, PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper earth wire, connecting to common earth dolly with and incl Metal flush box of suitable size for fixing piano type switches/sockets/fan regulator etc , with and including hylem sheet min 3 mm thick of suitable size and making good surface complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

(a) one light point / fan point/ wall fan point/ bell/ buzzer controlled by one 1-way switch/ bell push.

S&F in replacement of loadlilne distribution board double door vertical type made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating surface mounting, TPN 4 way, 415 volts with bus bar rating 250 Amps, dust and vermin proof and IP 42 - IK 09 protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Distribution Board double Door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection, surface mounting, SPN 08 way, 240 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps including dust and vermin proof and making all necessary connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of isolator 63 Amp, SPN type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB C Curve type, 10 KA, 10 to 32 Amp, Single Pole with over load and short circuit protection complete all as specified and directed..

S&F in replacement MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V ,adjustable type 125 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA.

S&F Exhaust fan upto 380 mm sweep single phase metalic body type ,DB including self closing lourver and making all electric connection complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement LED Flood light luminaire 170 watt 230 Volts AC outdoor type with thermal management in multi optics and equipped with IP66 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of energy efficicent LED fittings 60W LED 6K suitable for street/builing area light pressure diecast aluminium roadway luminaire with high power LEDs and HF electronic driver complete with nut, bolt, washar, clamps etc complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of security light fitting bracket, 1.5 mtr long made out of galvanized iron pipe of 40 mm dia size light grade complete with nut, bolts, washer etc inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of silver paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement LT underground cable XLPE insulated, PVC Sheathed , galvanised steel strip /wire armoured, aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of size 10 Sqmm 2 core laid in duct/trench/along pole / wall etc including making connection all as directed.
