M&L for complete removal of old decrative treatments from walls and preperation of old decorative surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint light shade over a coat of primer (100% Acrylic) over 1mm thick wall care putty using spray machine, spray hard to receive area to achieve excellent application using limited manpower including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures upto the height of (G+2) floorcomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorative surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper including scaffolding using roller/ spray machine complete all as specified and as directed.

M&l for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of ceiling and applying one coats of white wash all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, white or tinted over and including 2mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall surface and applying two coats of plastic emulsion, white or tinted over a coats of acrylic wall putty minimum 1mm thick and make the surface smooth after 4-6 hrs drying time and sanding the surface complete all as specified and as directed.
