REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT OF CERTAIN BLDGS AT TECH AREA ZONE - I AND II AT RCI HYDERABAD

Taking down existing roof treatment including scrapping old bitumen layer complete of any description and removing of cement plaster/padding concrete on concrete surface of roof slab upto original roof slab including cleaning and disposal of debris off the premises complete all as directed.

M& L 10 mm thick Cement plster in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or Concrete surfaces, Mixing with water proofing chemical (WPC will be measured and paid separetely) over neat cement slurry @3 Kg/Sqm on old concrete Surfaces

M & L for preparation of concrete surfaces by brushing, cleaning and washing all the undulations, cracks, pores ,cleaned and sealed with PU sealant or crack seal properly and apply 1st coat of PU Magnum @ 750gram/Sqm over a coat of epoxy primer @ 200ml/sqm (laying 30-40 GSM Geotextile with 50mm side and end over laps on the layers wherever required and will be measured and paid seperately) and apply 2nd coat of PU Magnum on entire surface @750 grams/Sqm all as specified and as per manufacurers instructions and as direc tedBrand: Asian/Foxroc/Pedilite Note: The above item shall be executed by Auth manufacturer/auth applicator after taking prior approval from Engineer -in- Charge

Supply only Geotextile 30-40 GSM Complete all as per manufacturers instructions

M&L, PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in padding concrete/levelling course, to maintain slopes on roof and finishing the surfaces fair and even including necessary formwork and other similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, APP based polymeric membrane weighing minimum 3.5 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric( weight not less than 160 grams/Sqm) laid over primed surface including bitumens primer conforming to IS-3384 applied at rate of 0.3 litre/Sqm by forced application, complete all as specified and directed. Roof treatmentI roof shall consist of:- Note: The treatment shall be got executed through approved specialist agency or under their supervision and guidence.

(i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.3Litre/Sqm (ii) Applying one coat bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over primer (iii) Laying of APP base membrane of specified thickness and weight by torch appliation and sealing joints .

M&L for applying two coats of aluminium paint over APP base membrane @ 100ml/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25 cm x 22mm thick machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizantal faces of grooves with cement mortar in CM 1:3 and making good in CM 1:3 after inserting membrance in to the groove.

M & L, PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate)as in roof kerbs or covering rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified.

M & L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of External walls in different locations and at any height, contaminations, fungus and other micro organism growth shall be removed by mechanical means. Supply and applying Smartcare Damp proof single coats @ 0.45Ltr/Sqm over a coat of Damproof primer diluted with 33% by water and allow the coating to be cured complete as per manufacturer specifications. M & L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of internal wall, in different locations and at any height, contaminations, fungus and other micro organism growth shall be removed by mechanical means. Supply and applying Damp block-2K two coats @ 1.50Kg/Sqm in two coats. Once the coating is cured, apply a single coat of epoxy triblock 1Kg/2 Sqm and allow the coating to be cured complete as per manufacturer specifications.Brand: Asian/Foxroc/Pedilite Note: The above item shall be executed by Auth manufacturer/auth applicator after taking prior approval from Engineer -in- Charge

M & L for all the visible cracks of external wall over 0.5mm size has to be cleaned properly & the same has to be cut open to 'V' grove with the help of machine and the same has to be filled with smartcare Hybrid PU sealant complete as per manufacturer recommendations. Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls from any height including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing chemical of pedelite/Doctor fixit or equallent (ISI Marked) complete

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L, brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 over brick work or concrete surface and finished the rendering surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L Preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and and applying Two Coats of Distemper Oil Emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer and applied over 2mm thick BIRLA/JK water proof wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) and preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.,) sheets in roof coverings along with ridges complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

S&F, Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing of any section (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., conforming to Fe 410W (Grade E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

S& F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F, Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roof, wall etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new surfaces of steel and iron/steel surfaces and applying two coats of first qualtiy synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litres and not exceeding 500 litres setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, to make convinient for roof treatment cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc., from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes and hoisting as required, reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 500 litres and not exceeding 1000 litres setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs,to make convinient for roof treatment cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc., from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes and hoisting as required, reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs, 500 litres capacity triple layered rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including connecting up of existing inlet and outlet pipes and ball valve complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, 1000 litres capacity triple layered rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including connecting up of existing inlet and outlet pipes and ball valve complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, 20mm bore premium PTMT Ball valves, high pressure, with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball and fly nut complete, screwed for iron/GI pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed. Make:Prayag CAT No152 or equivalent as approved by GE

S&F 25mm bore premium PTMT Ball valves, high pressure, with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball and fly nut complete, screwed for iron/GI pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed. Make:Prayag CAT No153 or equivalent as approved by GE

S&F in repairs, 15mm bore steel water tubing, medium grade, ISI marked, galvanized, including all fittings such as bends, tees, elbows, reducers, unions, plugs, sockets etc., laid in trenches or fixed to walls and ceilings or concealed in walls, ducts/ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 34 above but 20mm bore of pipe.

Taking down rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) fixed to walls, including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc., (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories), complete all as directed.

S&F, 75mm dia PVC(SWR) pipes, ISI marked, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with PVC clamps as rain water pipe complete including removing all loose packed plaster/cement mortar around the pvc pipe, making good and water tightened around the pipe and making proper slope to troughed portion using cement mortar 1:2(using water proofing liquid) to flow water into the PVC rainwater pipe properly from roof all as specified and as directed.

S&F, 110mm dia PVC(SWR) pipes, ISI marked, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with PVC clamps as rain water pipe complete including removing all loose packed plaster/cement mortar around the pvc pipe, making good and water tightened around the pipe and making proper slope to troughed portion using cement mortar 1:2(using water proofing liquid) to flow water into the PVC rainwater pipe properly from roofall as specified and as directed.

S&F, 75mm bore PVC(SWR) bends any radius with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, 110mm bore PVC(SWR) bends any radius with access door complete all as specified and as directed.
