Provn of consultancy services for preparation of Detailed project report (DPR) and supervision for specified period during execution of main project contracted on the basis of approved DPR as per the scope contained in tender documents which includes complete sewage systems located in area of Dabathwa Military Station for proper disposal of sewage including working out quantities of sewage treatment plant, design and drawing and system to use the treated water for gardening etc. (Total Catchment area is appx 165 acre and population of area is appx 1000 Nos, total length of sewer line is appx 8 Km and tentative capacity of STPs is 3x100KLD. However, these data can have minor variations based on ground position design requirements and quoted rates deemed to include such minor variations)
The main requirements are briefly given below which shall be read in conjuction with the entire tender documents :- (a) Preliminary field data collection and contour survey at grid 30mx30m (b) Final detailed survey of proposed network of sewer line. (c) Preparation of master plan of localities showing GL/IL. (d) L-section of sewage generation. (e) Calcualtion of sewerage generation. Design the layout plan and size of pipeline. Complete designing of capacity, load calculation of various E/M items/equipments desired in the scheme. (f) Process of sewage treatment and method of treatment.
(p) Provide precast RCC pillar of size 250 mm x 250 x 750 mm duly reinforced with 04 nos ,10 mm dia TMT bar vertical and 8 mm dia stirrups @150mm C/C. Top duly finished with extra cement and bench mark engraved with refernce . Bench mark shall be finished with two coat of synthetic enamel paint for future reference (Bench Mark shall not be less than 15 Nos at location decided by GE).
Conducting necessary site visits minimum 4 times in a year and rendring clarifications as desired by the client.
NOTE:- Scope defined above shall be read in conjunction in other parts of tender documents covering detailed requirements and scope.
