Re-conditioning of Rural road connecting to road having ID no.65241 for a length of 0.140 km from Devyani Kolhapurkar house to Geeta Bhandari house at New Vaddem in Dabolim Constituency of Mormugao Taluka.

Earthwork in excavation for roadway as per drawing and technical specification, in all types of strata comprising any of the material such as soil, silt sand, silt sand, clay, gravel, murrum of all varieties shingles, pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterite rock etc soft rock, ordinary rock or disintegrated rock fissured shattered/ decomposed rock or weathered rock all such material as described under appendix to those specification either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) or any approved method or methods as the case may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling and wedging etc in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul condition etc including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing sides, ramming of bottoms, getting out the excavated soil/rock to be leveled and neatly dressed, pumping and bailing out of water, back filling the excavated earth to the extent required and utilizing the remaining earth locally for road work, barricading, danger lightening, guarding and disposal of excavated earth as directed by the engineer in charge all complete including all leads and lifts and up to depth of excavation as per MoRT&H Specification 301.

Supplying of laterite stone soling of size 150-200 mm size and murrum having P.I. Value not more than 6 and laying including packing with smaller stones and consolidation with power road roller including spreading, watering and consolidation of binding material etc.(Measurements shall be considered on finished item) .

Providing and laying 50mm(consolidated thickness)full grout using granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 6.00 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. grouting with hot bitumen straight run bitumen(or with such bituminous material of grade and type as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge)at 5.0kg. per sq. m. binding with key aggregate of granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 1.5 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. including Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminious surface laid with F.E loader with 1 Cu.m. bucket capacity to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A seal coat with 0.98 kg/sqm of bitumen of grade as per MoRT&H specifications clause 513.

Providing 20mm thick premix bituminious carpet surface using mini hotmix plant at site with 2.7 cu.m. of stone aggregate comprising (stone chipping 13.2 mm size, passing 22.4 mm sieve and retained on 11.2 mm sieve@ 0.18 cu.m./ 10 sq.m.are and stone chipping-11.2 mm size, passing 13.2mm sieve and retained 0n 5.6 mm sieve@ 0.09 cu.m./10 sq.m.) of hot bitumen straight run 80/100 at 14.6kg/10 sq.m. area(or such bituminious material of grade and type as specified by the Engineer-in-charge) per cu.m. of stone aggregate including all carriages. On existing black top surface including tack coat of hot bitumen of approved quality at 2.5 kg/10 sq.m. complete.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminious surface laid with F.E loader with 1 Cu.m. bucket capacity to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A or B seal coats as per MoRT&H specifications clause 513. Type-A (bitumen of grade 80/100at 9.8 kg/10sqm)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH Specification 803

Road Markers/Road Stud with Lense Reflector (Providing and fixing of road stud 100x 100 mm, die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS 873 part 4:1973)

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: All works upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for : Foundations, Footings, Bases for columns and mass concrete.
