Annual Maintenance of 220KV and 132KV Transmission Lines under ETSD Boner under ETD I Aligarh

Ground patrolling of following 220 KV & 132 KV lines by experienced persons by one end to another end for examining the tower its foundation, conductor, earth wire, tower earthing, insulators, vibration dampers position of corridor of line including trees etc to locate the defects/ facts which may occure on account of wind or other effect.(Patrolling whenever required)

220 KV Boner-Harduaganj line (length 23.50 Km.) 220 KV Boner-Akarabad line (length 12.50 Km.)

132 KV Boner-Atrauli line (length 29.29 Km.) 132 KV Atrauli-Aligarh-V line (length 26.21 Km.) 132 KV Boner-Aligarh-V line (length 6.00 Km.)

Fabrication & Fixing of tower parts/members in place of missing from scrap GI angle provided by department free of cost including carriage of steel angles from the substation store, punching holes, proper tightening of Nut & Bolts, punching & chamfering of bolts & cuting of nut, nolts of remaining cut pieces of tower member at different locations of above transmission lines.

Strengthening/Replacement of damaged jumpers at tension towers. for 220 KV line

Strengthening/Replacement of damaged jumpers at tension towers. for 132 KV line

Tightening of jumpers at tension towers on both sides of 220 KV line

Tightening of jumpers at tension towers on both sides of 132 KV line

Looping & Chopping of tree branches lying in the corridor of 33/27 meter & its stacking at proper place

Tree/ branches upto 0.51 meters to 1.00 meter dia For 220 KV - 100 Nos & For 132 KV - 125 Nos

Repairing of damaged conductor by using repair sleeves after lower down the conductor from tower and re-erection of conductor

Attending breakdown of broken conductor by binding & fixing Mid span compression joints including lowering down of conductor jointing of conductor using Mid span compression joint replacement of string (if needed) etc. and restring the same upto 1 Km.

Emergency patrolling of lines during tripping to detect the exact fault location & nature of fault
