Dismantling of Door and windows and clerestory windows ( steel & wood ) shuttter including chowkhats, architrave, hold fasts etc complete & staking within 50m lead.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. up to the height of 15m with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 25 mm average thickness. Dashing Cement Concrete 1:11/2 :3 in R.C.C. beams, Stairs, Facias etc. of average thickness 1" excluding steel reinforcement, centering and shuttering but including curing of the concrete complete in all respect and to entire statisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (NS)

Removing rust from exposed reinforcement bars upto 10m height in RCC walls, columns, beams, shelves etc to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles afer 24hrs of its application with wire brush and thouroughly washing witgh water and allowing it to dry all complete as per directions of engineer in charge. Providing and Fixing chicken mesh of size ½"x½" and 26 gauge up to 15m height on RCC beams, facias, brick work etc. wherever required with wooden gutties, nails and screws including drilling holes etc complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (NS)

P/F 110mm internal dia PVC pipe as rain water pipe on walls of 6 kg. pressure with Bend, Elbow and Clamps complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer--in-Charge. (NS)

Cleaning the Concrete surface and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc., with the help of nano fluids Beechem of karcher RM 269 or easy clean or it's equivalent or other chemical cleaning agent as approved by Engineer-in-charge, of approved brand and manufacturer, with the help of required scrubbers, brushes and also cleaning with high pressure jet cleaner, hot steam or hot water as per site requirement and adding the required amount of chemical as per manufacturer specifications, without causing any scratching/ damage to the concrete surface and finally washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine, complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/structure, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The work further includes application of water repallent additives in two coats (The rate is inclusive of all materials, labours & scaffolding). (NS)

Providing and fixing of cupboard shutter consisting of 19mm thick commercial board with lipping all around and fixed with chowkhat frame with piano hinges and screws etc. and provide with Alum. handle (with base plate) and magnetic catcher. The board surface is to be painted with two coats of special quality synthetic enamel paint after primer coat and preparation of surface, complete frame is to be fixed with iron nails etc. complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction ofthe Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing of cupboard shelves consisting of 19mm thick commercial board (ISI marked) phenol bonded fixed with hard wood battens and gutties including the cost of necessary lipping screws nails fevicol and two coats of special quality paint over one coat of primer after preparation of surface complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side commercial face in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of aluminium hinges 4'', SS handles 5'', Aluminium Tower bolts 8'' & 6''all necessary Alumn fitting and painting two coats over one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) glazed window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with 4mm thick floated glass pane fixed with 1/2"x3/4" golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 2 nos. 3" butt hinges, 2nos Aluminium tower bolts 4", Aluminium handles 1 no. I-hook and two coats of special quality enamel paint over coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) and removal of old shutter complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) wire gauge window shutter with vertical style & rails 75mm thick and 22 x 12 gauge wire mesh fixed with 1/2” x 3/4” beading and including 2 Nos. of 3” iron hinges , 2 nos tower bolts 4'' And 1 no Aluminium handle 4'' and complete fixed in position including two coats of paint and one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing Golden Champ wood Chowkhats (Kiln seasoned ) including cost of corner straps, iron hold fasts, screws, nails fevicol etc. The rate includes the cost of dismanteling of the damages chowkhats and making good the damage to the walls plaster and floors as required including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground.
