Attending complaints of no water supply in over head water storage tanks of Solar water heaters for any reason like, leakage in the inlet pipe, breakage of pipe line or any other reason , rectification of complaint including any petty repair required to restore the water supply for checking of existing items for contineous water supply including carrying out minor repairs such as tightening of loosen Tees, sockets, bends, nipples, unions required to make the item functional during 0900 hours to 1800 hours by deploying plumber alongwith helper including necessary T&P complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Replacement of electrical fitting/fixtures for supply & fixing shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items. (b) Repairs in any one quarter/ one occupancy shall be considered as one complaint (one measuring unit) even if repair is involved in more than one items required for repair shall be measured and paid separetely. (c) Number of complaint may varry day to day contractor shall quote their rates accordingly. (d) In case of failure on the part of contractor for attending complaint as penalty shall be imposed and recovered in Rs. 200/- Each complaint as specified. (e) Contractor shall ensure that the deployed electrician & helper with carry functional and live mobile phone connection while on duty and will be on contact with JE incharge/ Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing in replacement of Solar evacuated tube of 1.6mm borosilicate glass tube with any of size as mentioned (58 mm O.D & 1800 mm length/58 mm O.D & 2100 mm length/70 mm O.D & 2100 mm length/47mm O.D & 2100 mm length) of Solar Water Heater as per existing for Solar Water Heater Capcity 300/330 LPD including its installation with support of angle iron, welding works, nuts, bolts,washers etc with other material required to complete the work including testing after installation including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in replacement of Unplasticised PVC (uPVC) 25mm bore pipes of pressure rating 10 Kgf/Sqcm fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc., including fittings as bends, elbow, reducer, sockets including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.
