Item Wise Description :

Dismantling of Flexible Pavements(Bituminous Courses) (By Mechanical Means) a) Dismantling of flexible pavements thickness above 50mm by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 meters, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per technical clause 202 of MORT&H specifications

Water Bound Macadam Grading I i) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of Grading I to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per technical clause 404 of MORT&H specifications

Excavation by mechanical means(JCB or Hydraulic excavator) in trenches for pipe lines with straight or open cutting in streets or open area including trimming and dressing sides levelling of beds of trenches to correct grade, cutting joint holes refilling consolidation, watering including the cost of dewatering of rain water diversion for traffic, night signals providing & fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to the houses, watching, fencing etc. and removal of surplus soil out side/inside the town involving lead upto 15 meter complete in all respects. a) Earth work upto 1.5 m. Providing, Laying , fixing & jointing of P.V.C. Pipes as per ISI-4985 (ISI marked with the prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge) along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting, jointing and testing complete as per specifications. xv) 110mm o/d pipe of 6 Kgf. / sqcm

xvi) 160mm o/d pipe of 6 Kgf. / sqcm

Providing & fixing C.I./DI flanged end.,stem of ss(AIS 1410)and Bronze(Gun Metal ) working part sluice valve ISI marked 14846 -2000 .including jointing testing and cost of Nut Bolt and insertion sheet ,all carriage complete(with the approval of engineer- in-charge) b) 100mm i/d Sluice Valves flanged.

c) 150mm i/d Sluice Valves flanged

Construction of masonary Sluice Valve Chamber excluding sluice valve cover as per standard design & drawing of public health department. b) Size 0.9 m. x 0.9 m.

Hand boring Horizontly for crossing of pipe under road or any other obstacle by using Auger/Bocki method.Including excavation , stringing and jointing of pipe upto 160mm complete

Prov.for connecting the proposed pipe with existing pipe line of any size including the cost of excavation bailing out water complete in all respects. i) 110mm o/d
