Material and labour in replacement of LT Panel Board, indoor type of suitable size as per relevent IS, mounted on angle iron legs of size 40x40x6mm imbedded in PCC 1:2:4 block type B-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregates) at pump house, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, factory made (CPRI approved), fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 50HZ AC Supply, busbar chamber with aluminum busbar of suitable amp rating for 3 Phase and 4 wire system duly insulated with heat shrinkable sleeve as per colour, supported on epoxy insulator 01 set, common earth bus of 25mm x 4mm at bottom inside panel board with two earth terminal out side panel board, cable alley cable gland with independent plate at bottom and complete panel board painted with powder coating in grey colour all as specified & directed,The panel should be IS/IEC 61439-I&II- TTA. The Panel builder should submit Test Certificate along with GA drawing before executing the job. (Note: Panel shall be a front/rear opening with cable entry from the bottom). Make of Panel: Make: Legrand/L&T/Siemen.

(a)MCCB 200 Amps,thermal adjustable and magentic setting having rupturing capacity 36 KA (Ics= 100% Icu) , TP, 415 volts, 50 Hz, along with Extended Ratory handle ,Spreader terminal and phase barrier - 01 No.

(b) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Soft Starter 100 H.P.

(c) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning contactors, relays, CT timers, for suitable rating having with ON, OFF , Trip Indicating Light, Push Buttons, Digital MFM along with contactor & semiconductor fuses with , Control Fuse etc fitted in Panel board for showing V, I, Hz, Pf all as specified and directed.

Taking down the 220 HP 3 phase 415 volt capacity motor from base plate/pump after disconnecting, and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of best quality of existing size/guage and weight including replacement of insulation material ,varnish,bearing,connection plate and all other petty items required to motor functional and reassembling the motor incl installation,commissioning and testing on full load all as specified and directed. Note for srl item No 1 to 6 (i) Transportation charges from installation to contractor workshop and back after repair are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for above item (ii) Cost of nuts, bolts, washers,connection plate,greese lubrication to bearing bushes ets are deemed to be included and supply only bearings and terminal plates will be measured and paid separetly under respective items.

Dismantling and Taking down centrifugal pumpset from platform and disconnecting suction and delivery pipe line and electrical connections, transport the same to workshop for repair and after repairing transporting the pumpset from workshop to site , installation at site connecting suction and delivery pipe and electrical connection complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge for 220 HP pump capacity Note :(i) The rate is deemed to be included the cost of providing foundation nuts,bolts and washers gland packing, greasing,oiling and oil sheet gasket (ii) The spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of supply only.

Lifting the submersible pump from the existing bore hole/tube well for repairs complete including disconnecting electric connections from starter, disconnecting the water connections carefully by unscrewing the nuts, bolts, washers, rubber flanges etc and taking out the submersible pump set of capacity 60 to 75 HP with column pipes of size 80/100/150 mm bore and two runs of submersible cable and stacking properly for reuse and lowering complete in borewell after repair from workshop, rejointing each column pipe, submersible cable connection, testing, complete all as specified & directed. Note (i) Transportation charges from installation to contractor workshop and back after repair are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for above item (ii) Cost of nuts, bolts, washers,connection plate,greese lubrication to bearing bushes ets are deemed to be included and supply only relevant parts of pumps and motors will be measured and paid separetly.
