Removing excavated material not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Rolling to formation level in cutting for non expansive soil with power roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note - Dry Density of 97% of Max Dry density conforming to IS-2720(Part 7) as specified in IRC 37:2012 and minimum soaked CBR value 10% to be achieved to receive subsequent layers of GSB).

Rolling to formation level in cutting for expansive soil with power roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note - For expansiv soil upto 225mm depth to be loosened and compacted at moisture content 2% higher than optimum moisture content (OMC) to achieve dry Density of 95% of Max Dry density conforming to IS-2720(Part 7) as specified in IRC 37:2012 and minimum soaked CBR value 5% to be achieved to receive subsequent layers of moorum).

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling brought from outside MD land for filling in pavings/roads laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed, rolled with power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber incl watering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note - (a) Dry density 97% of MDD at OMC conforming to IS 2720(Part 7) to be achived for each layer as specified in IRC 37:2012. (b) For top layer min soaked CBR value 10% to be achived to receive subsequent layers of GSB). (c) Quoted rates shall include cost of all required testing.

M & L for 200mm thick (compacted thickness ) Granular Sub Base (GSB) of grade I as per table 400-I of MORT&H, IRC specification laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller and vibratory roller complete as per MORTH specification clause-401 including all tools and plants etc complete all as specified and as directed and to fill gaps/voids by fillers as approved by GE.

M&L for 250 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) in two layers as per MORT&H specification, using crusher broken graded stone aggregate laid with mechanical paver ,rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller and vibratory roller complete all as specified and as directed and to fill gaps/voids by fillers as approved by GE,.

Preparing WBM/WMM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc by cleaning the WBM/WMM surface with power compressor and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminuos primer of VG-10 grade paving bitumen @ 7.5 kg / XSqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 70mm compacted thickness premixed Dense Bituminous Macadam laid, spread using mechanical paver with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen binder of grade VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne but not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Note for Item No.12.0:- (i) The actual binder content for BM used shall be as per optimised content based on job mix formula approved by CWE irrespective of whatever indicated in BOQ. (ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ Rs. 62000/- per MT ( without considering the permissible tolerence on minus side ) with reference to binder content indicated in BOQ. (iii) No price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side

M&L for preparing newly laid bitumenous mecadam black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cake muds etc sweeping with broom & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loosed dirt etc and aplying a priming/tack coat of paving bitumen VG-10 grade paving bitumen @ 2.5 kg /Xsqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Bituminous Premix Semi-Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) 40 mm consolidated thickness with total binder content minimum @ 5.50% (paving bitumen) of grade VG-30 content by weight of total mix and shreaded waste plastic @ 8% (Percentage by weight of bitumen) & lime filler @ 3% (Percentage by weight of aggregate) to be executed as per IRC: SP 98-2013 (Dry process) by using Mechanical paver and vibratory roller, spread, rolled and compacted to required chamber and gradient and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L providing precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 mix, using 20mm graded coarse stone aggregates as in kerb stone block, one side chamfered, setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for single joints in brickwork or Masonry with CM 1:4 in detached work, flush pointing complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified.

M&L RCC pipes class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars bore of pipe 200mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Retro-reflective regulatory sign board of size 900mm diameter made out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC-67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50 mm square post made of mild steel angle 50x50x4mm, 4 mtr long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement. Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be panted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, lay, test, connecting and commissioning under ground cable, LT 1100 volts grade, heavy duty XLPE insulated, armoured with aluminium stranded conductor complete laid in trenches/fixed to poles/drawn through pipes with suitable size cable glands crimping type cable lugs etc all as specified and directed of size 3.5 Core 25 Sqmm.
