S&F of 18/19 mm thick block boards / veneered particle boards, grade 1 quality, interior grade, decorative type with decorative face veneer on both faces, fixed with screws to timber frame-work.

S&F 1.0 mm thick extra for PVC sheet in lipping in case of PVC sheet in heat bent as lipping on the edges of doors complete all as specified

S&F in repair of 1st class hard wood Beads, straight (any size) for glazed or gauzed joinery, renewed, including mitres etc., and removing old beads to store

M&L for factory made solid panel PVC moulded door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes fot top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either siude & as gap insert for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster,any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M & L for Rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on Brick work incl finishing surface fair and even w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L two coat cement plaster ,first coat 10mm thick CM 1:6 and second coat cement plaster 5mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (WPC will be paid seperately under respective item no. 42.00)

Supply only water proofing compund .

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces , finished fair and even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint , white or tinted over a coat of wall primer and applying wall care white putty 2mm thick for levelling the surfaces on new wall surface including preparation of surface.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint of approved tint and make, over chalk whiting primer. complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered new surfaces of walls of and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of cement priming coat of any approved tint complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixed 18-20 mm thick Granite of any shade ( table rubbed and polished ) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortor 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match shade of the slabs etc all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel work for framed work such as grills, (12mm sqm bars for window / ventilators for guard bars) grating, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding,buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.

Material and Labour for preparing new or previously treated or untreated steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in retaining wall ,parapet wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of wall ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs blankets any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white colour tiles of size 295mm X 1195 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gsm/sqm (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending. The exposed metal grid comprises of Main Runners and Cross Tees, roll formed from galvanized steel of 120/180gsm zinc coating. The main and cross tees are provided with bayonet coupling for quick installation and have a height of 32 mm and 24 mm. The grid is suspended from the roof with G.I. wire rods for quick adjustment by suspension hangers at max. 1200 mm and is filled with 1200 mm / 600 mm cross tees(24X26). Hangers are fixed to roof by expansion fasteners. Wall angle are 24 mm X 24 mm X 0.4 mm thick coil coated steel matching the colour of the tile.

S&F Linear False Ceiling with GI Wooden Look Linear Ceiling System. 84 C ceiling system comprises of 84 mm x 12.5 mm panels with 23.9 mm flange roll formed out of metal coils galvanized coil coated steel with Wooden look(any). Panels are fixed on to roll formed carriers 32 mm wide x 39 mm deep out of 0.5 mm galvanized steel sheet with cut outs to hold the panels in module of 100 / 200 mm at maximum 1.6 m c/c without insulation and at maximum 1.5 m c/c with insulation. Carriers are suspended from the roof or truss by 4 mm dia. galvanized steel wire rod hanger with special height adjustment suspension clip at max. 1.3 m c/c. Hangers are fixed to the roof by ceiling bracket. Panels are available in lengths up to maximum 6 m to suit site dimensions. Edge profiles or wall angles are 24 mm X 24 mm X 0.5 mm thick and match the colour of the panel. Metal used for construction of both panels and carrier.

S & F in repair of 25 mm dia curtain rods, mild steel wall thickness .80mm, powder coated with fixing metal ornamental holder and side finals(in pair for each door and window)as approved, fixing with PVC wall plugs bracket and brass screws complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L Virified Ceramic tiles dark shade ultra charged 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with 3 mm thick spacer joint and coloured apoxy grout to match the tiles over 20 mm thick cement screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for lying floor finishes in cement sand mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed.

S & F coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 600X 300X 8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3, complete all as specified.

M & L Non-Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 for laying glazed tiles in floors etc. , complete all as specified complete all as specified and as directed .
