Taking down cement plaster up to 9 m height including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc to receive plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, chajja, fins facia etc mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately

M&L for rendering 10 mm in cement mortar(1:3) on fair faces of brick /concrete surface of ceiling, chajja portion, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls etc up to 9 m height by scrapping and sanding with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism with dust carrying bag) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of diameter of 7"/9" using a 80 grit sanding paper to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on ceilings etc up to 9 m height by scrapping and sanding with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism with dust carrying bag) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of diameter of 7"/9" using a 80 grit sanding paper to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall up to 9 m height (including Scaffolding, ladders, etc where required) after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat of the prepared mix with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. ( external surface)

M&L for one coat of acrylic waterbased exterior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats up to 9 m height (including Scaffolding, ladders, etc where required) complete all as specified.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint over wall surface up to 9m height (including Scaffolding, ladders, etc where required) in camouflage pattern of approved colour with silicon additives, with heat Reflectant property and gives excellent protection against UV attack with VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algae properties in two coats diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions. Note: Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint over wall surface up to 9m height (including Scaffolding, ladders, etc where required) as in pattern approved by Engineer-in-charge of approved colour with silicon additives, with heat Reflectant property and gives excellent protection against UV attack with VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algae properties in two coats diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied with airless spray machine of paint application with a flow rate of 2L per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Note: Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed.
