Re-orientation of 63 KVA, HT Transformer upto the safe required height from the ground level by way of disconnecting of all the connections of HT Transformer from the existing structure. The job includes bringing down of the existing Transformer to the ground level and includes dismantling of existing Base channels of HT Transformer and relocating the same at proper safe height which includes necessary drilling and welding works for re-fixing of the dismantled channels and includes reinstallation of 63KVA HT Transformer followed by reconnecting of all the connections. Once connected, the HT Transformer is to be tested on full load. The job also includes cost on account of all consumables, tool tackles, chain pulley block, tripod set and DGset/Generator etc required for carrying out the said job and includes painting of existing Poles and Base channels with one coat of metallic primer and two coats of silver paint. Further the job also includes laying of cement concrete block of size (20ftx1ftx0.5ft) in the ratio of 1:2:4 at the entrance of the pump house shutter to prevent water logging inside the pump house during inclement weather conditions so as to safeguard men and machinery. The job also includes necessary form work for laying of the block.
