Earth work in excavation All kinds of soil by mechanical means level the park mechanically/ manual (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas including WBM ,soiling etc.and disposal of material inside NGRI campus along the compound wall and disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed , as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement Concrete of specified grade 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.Foundations, footings, bases for columns and removal of form work for to complete the job as per Instructions of Engineer-In-Charge

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade HYSD Fe-500 or more. 16mm Dia barsSteel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level to complete the job as per Instructions of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level - All work up to plinth level :) 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) . To complete the job as per Instructions of Engineer-In-Charge

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up Top and Bottom welding 8mm thick platessections, trusses and framed work, including cutting in oval shape, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete and arrange the necessary requirements to complete the as per Instructions of Engineer-In-Charge

MS. Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) Class-B and truses Class-B type sections etc., wtih decorative type of coping as per required Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Painting (two or more coats) on GI and MS Tubuler pipes and fittings with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture and required colour over a priming coat of approved steel primer on new work. (Square or Circular)

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm fencing of required fixing with 25x25x3mm iron angles with primer to width in mesh size 50x50 mm using the nut and bolt system including strengthening or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for repairing of G.I. chain link fabric fencing and posts with if requied welding and width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing of Asbosto cement sheets as required plans with double "E" fashner of required size of make of charminar o (equalinent or J hooks with including ridge portion EPDM rubber washer or equivalent and complete the job as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting on Iron plates sheet with synthetic enamel paint Asian Apocolite New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel prime of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint, Enamel paints of door shutters and window shutters and like by scrapping, sand papering & preparing the surface smooth including crack filling to necessary repairs to scratches , wherever is required and necessary to arrangements of Julas, wire brushes, sand papers, brushes etc. complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic oil bound washable distemper of approved brand Old work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat 0.70 @ 10 sqm with cement primer and manufacture to give an even shade with 1.5 @ 10sqm (make of Asian-Tractor)Old work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat 0.70 @ 10 sqm with cement primer

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade brand of Apex weather proof Asian: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior DAMP Proof applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm) and (From Sl.No.1) to arrange the julas, scaffolding,wire brushes etc. to complete the as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge
