REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF FEEDER BOX AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT MIL STN GAYA

Supply, installation,commisioning and testing LT feeder pillar box out door type double door and single shutter front open including locking arrangement system made out of MS sheet of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet of size 0.6x0.6x0.3 mtr and double door,canopy,dust proof, bottom cable entry plate and gland for cable size150/120/95/70/50/25/16/10 sqmm 3.5 core suitable MS angle iron 40x40x5 mm with aluminium busbar size 600Amps system mounted on hygroscopic insulators bus bar including suitable nut, Bolt and Washer(16 Nos) & including powder coated paint with and providing necessary foundation/ plateform of the feeder pillar height 1.5 feet from groundwith PCC 1:2:4 type B2 including provision of for incomong and outgoing cable gland, thimbling for old / new cables as per site requirement and proper finshing as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed Note: Drawing for LT feeder piller box shall be got approved by GE before fabrication.

M&L for painting theLT feeder pillar box outer and inner surface of with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint from spray machine after preparing the surface dust and oil free and cleaning the bushes, name plate etc paint free after greasing of busbar complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles.LT panel,Feeder piller boxes complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to UG cable 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15cm above the cable, stretching and testing of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Consolidated / Punned sand shall be considered for purpose of payment (ii) Sand shall be same as specified for plastering work.

Supply and laying for brick of common burnt clay, sub class 'B' old size laid flat and dry on cables as in cable protection in trenches over cables perpendicular to direction of cales abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs straight through (Heat shrinkable) joint kit suitable for 1.1 KV UG XLPE cable of size 50 to120 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Supply and fixing in repairs straight through (Heat shrinkable) joint kit suitable for 1.1 KV UG XLPE cable of size 150 to240 Sqmm 3.5 core.
