Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cms complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for removing excavated materials not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing in trenches/ on ground/ on wall, jointing and testing galvanised steel water tubing IS-1239 marked, medium grade, including all necessary pipe fittings / accessories like sockets, unions, tees, elbows etc., for the following sizes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge:-

Supply and fix MCB SP, 6-32 Amps, 230V, C-series with breaking capacity of 10KA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core 16 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade cable in and including heavy grade PVC casing and capping ISI marked broken white or of cream colour with all accessories such as tee, bend, joint cover etc., screws, gutti /rawl plugs PVC including fixing on surface on stone walls/ brick masonary walls/ ceilings /floors etc., with 16 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade cable as a continuous earth wire and connected to common earth dolly complete and making good to disturbed surfaces/ wall with plaster and matching with the existing colour of wall/ floor etc., and colour coding of cables such as Phase-Red, Neutral-Black, and Earth-Green complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Two run of 16 sqmm single core cable and one run 16 sqmm earth wire including PVC casing and capping together will be measured as one unit.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to under ground cable with locally available dry sand for protection of cable 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying and stretching the cable below the bricks/ PCC cover, punning of sand using suitable T&P as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Punned thickness of sand i.e 18 cm to be consider for measurement purpose.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250x150x40mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching, coping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles or as per site requirement with necessary plastering work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for LED street light fitting 60W 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65 /66 protection including street light brackets made out of 50mm dia light grade GI pipe 1.50m long bent to shape and size as per site requirement for fixing of street light fitting on poles/ walls including flat Iron clamps-02 Nos of size 30x5mm made to shape including nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Street light brackets shall be measured and paid seperately

Supplying and fixing street light brackets made out of 50mm dia light grade GI pipe 1.50m long bent to shape and size as per site requirement for fixing of street light fitting on poles/ walls including flat Iron clamps-02 Nos of size 30x5mm made to shape including nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation and erection 9.0m long steel tubular swaged welded poles complete with MS base plate of 6mm thick of size 300x300mm at bottom duly welded and MS pole cap at top, poles shall made out of ERW MS tubing confirming to IS-1161 Part-II, type 410 SP-31 (9.0m long) including drilling of holes of required size and nos for fixing of cross arms/ clamps, poles shall be painted internally throughout using anti-corrosive black bituminous paint and externally painted with two coats of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum paint for expose surface and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting three alternating layer of each black and yellow paints at lower portion of pole each of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, writing pole Nos with black paint in yellow paint circle 10cm dia at suitable height complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying in trenches /laid in floor/ duct/ drawn through conduit XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100V grade with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing with pole PVC cable loop box, size not less than 200x140x95mm, out door type, IP 65 including 4 Nos aluminum bus bar of size 25x5mm mounted on porcelain insulators with one MCB SP 6 Amps 230 volts connected to street light fitting sub main wire and using FI clamps of size 20x3mm for fixing of PVC cable loop box with pole, including nuts, bolts and washers and connecting the cables to bus bars with using suitable size GI nut, bolts and washers and aluminum lugs etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 40 mm dia galvanized iron tube light grade for cable protection, supporting to poles, plinth protections, road crossing, trenches, footpath etc, including Flat Iron clamps=02 Nos of size 50x6mm, with nut bolt and washers complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
