Scarifying existing bituminous sruface to a depth of 50 mm by mechanical means (Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 m.

Dressing and profiling the existing WBM/Granular surface layer of the road from edge of the existing carriage way, filling low sports and ravelling stretches by providing additional material of same type as that of the existing top surface layer, camberring, watering, rolling with 8-10 tonne roller to obtain specfied compaction, etc to obtain a uniform formation surface with cross fall from the road centre line to the outer edge of the existing embankment. Work to be carried out in accordance with MORT&H specification section 300 and as directed by the deptt.( rate considered as per SOR for road bridge and culvert works for all division inder PWD Assam 2009-10, at section where the top level of the subgrade of the existing road surface is not proposed to be raised by more than 100mm I) Road having hard crust

Removal of Teleplone/ Electric Pole and Line (Removal of telephone/ electric poles include excavation and dismantiling of foundation concrete and lines under the supervision of concerned department, disposal with all lifts and up to a lead of 1000 m and stacking serviceable materials and unserviceable material separately)

Pavement work Granular Sub Base in pave shoulder with Coarse Graded Material (table 400-2)(Construction of granular sub base by providing coarse raded material, spreading in uniform layer with motorgrader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and co,acting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per cl. 401. Including extra lead beyond 5.00km for carriage of materials from quarry to middle of the road. (ii) for grading II material

Providing laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipping to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/ base course on a well prepared sub base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting barricade and maintenance of diversion, etc as per tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Spesification specification clause 406.

Prime coat Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.00kg/sqm using mechanical means) ( including cost of testing of material at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) Tack Coat:- providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granula surface cleaned with mechanical broom (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the Deptt.) ii) with bitumen emulsion-CSS-1 (IS-8887-2004) (b) dry & hungry bituminous surface

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibrator and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 km initial lead from mixing plant) (Including cost of testing of material at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (b) with rock dust as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) (a) with VG-30 grade bitumen (ii)for grading-II (19mm nominal size)

Bituminious concrete (providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finigher with sensor control to the reqd. grade level andalignment, rollingwith smooth wheeled, vibratoryand tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 508 complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed upto 10.0km initial lead from mixing plant) (including cost testing of materials at site and leboratory as directed by the deptt.) a) with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for grading -II (13mm nominal size)

Road Furniture Retro reflectorised Traffic sign: Providing and erecting of Retro- Reflectorised cautinary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of high intencity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25×25×4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm×75mm×6mm firmly to thje ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45cm×45cm×60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. (All the steel work must be Tata/Sail/or any other approved brand) (ii) 60cm equilateral traingle

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streak and holes.

Planting of Trees and Their Maintenance for one Year (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60m dia holes, 1m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/ sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering, fixing the tree gratrd and maintaining the plants for one year.

Supplying, fitting and fixing RCC guard post 150cm long erected 75cm above the ground and 75cm below the ground with M-15 grade (nominal mix 1:2:4 with broken ston aggregate up to 20mm size) of cement concrete and required reinforcement tied in position with annealed black wire including centering, moulding the top, curing including painting concrete surface in 23cm strips upto 0.75m from the top alternately in black and white and having 2nos. reflective band of desired shade etc. complete as per design and as directed. (b) 15 cm dia. RCC grard post with reinforced of 4nos. 12mm dia TMT main steel bars and 6mm TMT/MS stirrups at 15cm c/c.
