Line material

Erection of Sub-Station type Double pole on 9/11 meter long S.T. Pole along with fixing of necessary clamp/accessoires required including fixing of straight M.S. 100x50mm. Top channel 125x65x6mm (3200mm long) one no. Dropper channel 100x50mm(2028mm long)/Angle 50x50x6mm 02 nos with arrangement of fixing of 03 nos. Pin insulator including Sub-Station base angle of 65x65x6mm (2250mm)channel 02 nos. earthing it properly as per RESPO specification.

Erection, of single pole STP 11 Mtr long with all accessories.

Grouting and nozzeling of Stay set complete including dixing of necessary clamps. Accessories required including its grouting by civil material (Cement, sand, brick-ballast) All material except stay wire shall be supplied by the contractor.

Fabrication errection & commissioning of 25/63 KVA T/F on DP with all accessories. All material except 25/63 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the contractor.

Fabrication errection & commissioning of 100 KVA T/F on DP with all accessories. All material except 100 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the contractor.

Fabrication errection & commissioning of 250 KVA T/F on DP with all accessories. All material except 250 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the contractor.

Digging of pit suitable of 3x70 sqmm. 11 KV XLPE cable laying. After 11 KV XLPE cable laying reffilling by Bricks & sand as per RESPO Norms.

Cable Hosting of 11 KV 3x70 sqmm. Including jumpering etc complete with help of GI pipe having length 3 Mtr. As per RESPO Norms.

Digging of pit suitable of 3x120 sqmm. 11 KV XLPE cable laying. After 11 KV XLPE cable laying reffilling by Bricks & sand as per RESPO Norms.

Cable Hosting of 11 KV 3x120 sqmm. Including jumpering etc complete with help of GI pipe having length 3 Mtr. As per RESPO Norms.

Supply and fixing of 11 KV DO fuse set.

Earthing of CT/PT unit/Transformer piper type with 60 fit deep borring and providing GI pipe 1:5 dia (60 fit GI pipe) and GI strip 25x5mmx6 meter long attached with clamps, L Piece, nut & bolts amd GI Pipe cap as per RESPO Norms, All material shall be supplied by the contractor.

supply and fixing & pluging 3.5x70 Sqmm. L.T. PVC cable with jumpering.

Supply and fixing & Copper L-Piece.

Fixing of 11 KV Pilfer Resistance Meter (25/5 Amp.) All material except pilfer resistance metering cubical shall be supplied by the contractor.

Laying of 11 KV 3x70/120 Sqmm. XLPE cable with drilling machine as per norms of UPPCL.
