M/L for cement concrete in foundation (1:4;8) type D2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate for base of foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for cement concrete in foundation (1:3;6) type C2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate including form work complete all as specified and directed.

PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boring of horizontally holes under the road below 1.0 mtr from the road/hard surface by trenchless techonology using ultra sound technique and inclduing necessary machine without damaging the existing road and getting out in any type of soil and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m from the site of work including supply & laying HDPE pipe up to 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 MPA work pressure . NOTE: AVERAGE WIDTH OF THE ROAD IS 20 RM. Necessary permissions required from state Govt and other Civil bodies for doing the job is the responsibility of contractor.

Supply, laying in replacement, in trenches /ducts/fixing on pole/STR with suitable size of GI clamps made out of GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm, XLPE insulated, screened, earthed, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, electric power cable (heavy duty) of size 3 x 95 sqmm with aluminium conductor suitable for 11 KV (E) grade as per relevent IS including latest amendment for IS (ISI marked cable) testing, commissionong along with suitable foundation complete all as specified and directed including taking out of old burnt out cable alongwith cable covers. Note:- (a) Earth work, EHV cable cover, sand coushioning & GI pipe will be measured and paid seperately. (b) High voltage test to be conducted at site with suitable voltage before and after laying of HT cable and reading shall be recorded jointly and test report to be submitted in triplicate to the Engineer-in-Charge. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted above.

M&L in replacement of advance maintenance Free G.I. SAFE EARTHING Electrode with PIPE of not less than 50 mm outer dia( THICKNESS NOT LESS THAN -2.5MM) and two meter length, The electrode should be of galvinised (80 -100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm 7.5 m . The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Material (CCM) . The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 25 kg BackFill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and Back Fill Compound. GI Electrode Shall be tested from CPRI.The earting pit should be cover with pcc(1:2:4 , B1) cover of 450 x 450 mm incl taking down old unsv one complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. After completion earth resistance shall be recorded with earth meggar record should be submitted to department duly signed by the contractor. 2. Earth result should be in permissible limit. 3. Earth result more than desired redone without any extra cost.

M&L in replacement of earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected with GI strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanished iron steel including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B1,using (20mm graded stone aggregate),"mild steel angle iron frame" made out of MS angle iron of size 40x40x6mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6mm thick CI cover with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20mm dia medium grade pipe for watering 40mm dia light grade, GI pipe for lead protection in and including alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical "plate No '3' and connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion including retrieving old GI earth plate, CI cover, GI pipes, angle iron frame from existing earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. After completion earth resistance shall be recorded with earth meggar record should be submitted to department duly signed by the contractor. 2. Earth result should be in permissible limit. 3. Earth result more than desired redone without any extra cost.

S&F in replacement of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or fixed to pole GI strip 32 x 6 mm incl protection pipe and including taking down old unsv one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Supply, test, erection & commissioning in replacement of steel tubalar swaged poles staying in a truely vertical position till the foundations are properly set with the help crane complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws including drilling of holes to poles for clamps & hooks for running of earth wire/Strip complete all as specified type 410 SP-55,11 mtrs HT poles complete incl taking down old unsv one complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-(i)Crane charges for erection shall be deemed to be including in quoted rate. (ii) Earth work,PCC,coping shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) The rates include staying the poles in atruely vertical position till the foundations are properly set. (iv)The rates include cast iron base plate,nuts,bolts,screws,painting of steel tubular poles,drilling of holes in steel tubular poles for fixing of clamps,hooks for continuous earth wire/strip.

Supply, test, install & commissioning in replacement of HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch triple pole mechanically operated suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting(suitable for existing one) on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating up to 400 Amps and connecting up with jumpers, testing and commissioning including dismantling/disconnecting & taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing, greasing, cleaning of GOD, adjustment of its operation, cleaning and checking (for any type of damage) of insulators and lightening arresters incl. tightening of all loose nuts & bolts on the HT structure at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- 1. All the necessary tools, tackles and ladder shall be arranged by the contractor for the subject work. 2. Contractor has to arrange for necessary cleaning agent (petrol, diesel, CRC 2-26 etc.) and lubricating material like grease, oil and lubricating sprays if any, as required for subject work. 3. Major spares required to be replace during servicing will be measured and paid under relevant item as specified in the schedule hereforth.

M&L in replacement of fixed type top contact for DO fuse units 11 kV in replacement including taking down old unsv one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F , testing and commissioning in replacement of male contact (gunmetal) suitable for Horizontal/vertical operating type GOD 11 KV grade, 200 Amps rating in position as in including taking down old unsv one complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE - The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of threading, cutting of pipe incld. cost of nut, bolts, washers, etc. minor items required for the efficient operation of GOD.

M&L in replacement of stay assembly comprising of MS stay plate 6 mm thick and of size 300 x 300 mm and 20 mm dia MS stay rod, 2150 mm long including thimbles GI stay strand 7/3.15 mm dia of required length complete all as shown on electrical plate No.1 on page No.495 of MES SSR Part-I 2009 including necessary excavation PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), loop insulator as specified in SSR and including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of cross arms i.e bracing supporting clamps back plates, nuts, bolts and washers complete including one under coat and one finishing coat with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer & including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Crane and Transporting Charges necessary T & P reqd man power included in quoted rate.

M&L for Opening top cover of transformer taking out complete oil and keeping in clean and dry container, taking out core & winding from the body,remove the sludge from tank complete and segregation of HT/LT coil from transformer including job assembling of jointing the connections pf HT/LT coil in core assembling complete insulation works, setting of core, making new connections (as per existing connections), proper alignment of job including keeping in oven chamber of as per IS Specification of respective transformer capacity for remove the moisture as well as fixing of upper yoke lamination, checking, tightening, nuts, bolts, washers and all types of gasket ( Bushing and tank) etc and welding if any leakage found in body or fins, making good dificient item if any, testing the jobs with megger for proper results including two coats of anti corrosive paint aftre cleaning inside transformer tanks and two coats of outside painting including writing KVA Capacity, repairs of body by means of welding, jointing if required complete for capacity up to 200 KVA with complete Testing and Commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reconditioning of over heated HT/ LT coil of transformer up to 400 KVA after removing all old insulation any type and re-insulation with insulated craft paper cotton tape Class'F' insulation as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Opening of the 11 KV / 0.433 KV Distribution transformer rating up to 500 KVA by removing the inspection cover / top cover, decanning of the transformer oil up to the required level,check leaked cork seal(if any), check the un sericeable insulators & LT/HT bush (if any) complete from the shell and making connections of LT/HT bush,insulators & cork seals to avoid leakage and refilling oil back to existing postion into the transformer complete testing & commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c ) Porcelain transformer bushing HT 11 KV including brass set stems conical bush/ gasket for indoor/outdoor transformer upto 500 KVA as per IS-3347 complete all as specified and as directed.

(d) LT rod / studs for any make of transformer rating up to 160KVA mounted on pole/plinth, made of brass with nut and washers, Insulator and fittings etc as per size and shape of original complete including taking down old u/s one complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) LT rod / studs for any make of transformer rating up to 200KVA to 400 KVA mounted on pole/plinth, made of brass with nut and washers, Insulator and fittings etc as per size and shape of original complete including taking down old u/s one complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of silca jel breather assembly with vent pipe for indoor/outdoor transformer of the follolwing capacity :-

Replacment / Renewal of Silica gel for filling in existing air breather by removing old one

Arresting leakage of transformer fins by brazing / welding etc, after removing of oil from inside of transformer and refilling of oil by opening top cover of transformer of capacity upto 500KVA

Supply and filling in replacement of transformer oil in transformer plinth / pole mounted including testing insulation and vescocity of oil incl taking down complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dehydration including filtration cleaning of transformer oil in transformer indoor/ outdoor type by centrifusion / machine having minimum capacity 1000 to 30000 ltrs/ hrs including testing insulation and vescocity of oil before and after dehydration complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Shifting of the any make of transformer rating up to 500 KVA mounted onplinth/pole from existing location to new location and existing transformer vice versa, including removing and reconnections of HT/LT side, jumper / cable connection, control cable connection of both transformers including testing and commission complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of necessary crane / vehicle charges for shifting and installation of the transformer.

Dismantling HT/LT pole of any height by taking out from PCC foundation complete and shifting to other location as directed including fixing the pole in true vertical position including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as base concrete and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in both foundation and coping of poles all as specified in SSR Part I-2009 and applying two coats of aluminium paint to pole surface complete all as specified and directed.

Inspection of defective 11kv HT cable(laid in UG/trench/tunnel/wall/surface) to locate the fault using cable fault Locator machine(by surge generators mounted on Van) (fault either by Short/Moisture/earth fault or any type) including complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning/Painting the HT poles of OH lines and HT Four poles/two poles and single pole structure complete with cross arms any height and any description thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/dust/rust carefully and applying two coats of synthetic aluminum paint including marking and colour washing of pole coping details as are under :-

M&L for Spray painting of upto 400 KVA transformer pole mounted / plinth mounted at site and applying two coat of synthetic enameled Smoke grey paint after removing all dust & rust and paint shall confirm to IS 2032 including marking or transformer capacity with stencil letter with black or white paint and Font and Size of letter shall be directed by Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting anxious green growth / vegetation growth for cleaning out the area around transformer installations and four pole structure yards at ground level by cutting out roots, un wanted plants bushes and removal of the same by surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep average 15 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance of earthings of installations like cleaning of earth pits, treatment of earthing by pauring salt water, replacement of perished wire mesh, unserviceable funnel and repair works like patch works to the PCC chambers and RCC cover with cement mortar 1 : 4 complete all as specified and directed.

Restreching/Restringing, tightening and repair to overhead line ACSR conductor of any size on HT poles including necessary Aluminium binding wire connectors PVC sleeves for jumper, fixing of insulators and prunning of tree complete all as specified and directed. Note: 3 run of ACSR conductor is deemed to one unit.

Dismantling and taking out existing Expulsion fuse unit single pole 11 KV channel mounted complete including supply and fix for new Expulsion fuse unit single pole 11 KV, above 50 & 100 amp channel mounted complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and trimming trees branches any girth and any size touching to overhead lines and cleaning the distance 1.5 mtr length both side of OH line with in a span of upto 50 mtrs each disposing the same, clearing the site complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing road straight by manual, depth and width not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of underground cable and filling back with excavated soil upto 75% road portion and 25% shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate stone complete all as specified and directed. Note: Necessary work permissions for the works to be carried in Civil/Public ares/Defence areas to be taken by the contractor prior to starting the work. Laision with concerned departments is the responsibility of contractor. Department will do the necessary authorised correspondence for the said approvals. No extra payment will be entertained on this account.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cable route indicator including taking down old unsv one for HT UG Cable of 11000 Volts bolted with 40 x 6 mm flat iron member of height 0.60 mtr, and 80 mm dia CI plate embedded in PCC 1 : 3 : 6 type C2 of size 20 x 20 x 30 cm block complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out HARD / DENSE soil

M&Lfor shingle filling in floors or pavings of Gauge 20 mm to 40mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 150mm thick, watered and rammed to a True Surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying in replacement of Insulating mats incl taking down old unsv one 2.5mm thick made of Elastomer (a generic term that includes rubbers, latex and elastomeric compounds that may be natural or synthetic or a mixture or a combination of both) for use as floor covering for the protection of workers on ac and dc installations with the system voltages up to 11 kV ac and 240 V dc and as per Cl 5 of IS15652 latest Class B Cat II of Size 1m X 2m complete with Relevant Test Reports and fixing on floor with suitable adhesives complete all as specified and as directed Note:- The mat should be permanently pasted with the help of suitable adhesive/resin. All joints and comers shall be filled/covered wit,hinsulating material of matching colour. Matching colour and matching designed tapes should be used to maintain an aesthetic look of the installation.

Supply of Hand Glouves 11 KV ISI marked

M&L in replacement of anti climbing devices incl taking down old unsv one comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured or as ordered (clamps measured separately).

Taking down HT switch gear (Vacuum circuit breaker ) of capacity 400 to 800 Amps, 11 KV 250 to 450 MVA comprising of following repairs, overhauling, servicing and refixing the same after repairs/ overhauling: (a) Tripping off the breaker, lowering the breaker with raising/lowering handle and pulling out the breaker complete from the panel along with the trolley for rvicing/inspection/overhauling. (b) Servicing/Inspecting/checking of automatic safety shutter operation for serviceability and replacement of spares if required. (c) Servicing/Inspecting/checking of circuit spout and cicuit spout connections for RYB phases and replacement of spares if required. (d) Dismantling and checking of cross bar assembly, fixed contacts and current carrying parts of the breaker, trolley, insulated assembly and checking lamination with clamps, epoxy spout, isolator assembly etc. (e) Setting, reassembling, cleaning, adjustment of fixed contacts, main contact, arcing contacts and chamber baffle pot assembly, moving contact for proper setting of auxiliary contacts operating mechanism. M&L in replacement of Multi function energy meter with Supply, Test and commissioning of 3Phase 4 wire Maximum demand controller MFM LCD type with Class 0.5 Real time clock, RS 485, etc with suitable to monitor, recording and controlling of Maximum demand including provision for fixing in existing enclosure or by provision of suitable enclosure ocomplete all as specified and as directed. The MD Controller shall be equipped with following features:- Monitoring - Max demand profile during a billing cycle. Demand peaks with date & time can be identified in the meter . The events can be studied and related with the min/max load events such as starting of Large pumps/AC Plants etc., and helps to decide on switching/staggering of loads etc. Control - MD Controller should enables user to program the threshold values of max demand and initiate ALARM/ CUT-OFF when the Forecast Demand/ Present Demand/ Max Demand surpasses the threshold values, so ad to enable the system from not exceeding the sanctioned demand and avoid causing a trip or paying huge penalty. Additional Load - Shall be able to decide to transfer the exact quantum of load from EB to DG or vice versa for economic power. High Low Event Recording for V, A, Hz, VA, W, VAr, PF Protection of 3 phase system against single phasing, low & high voltage, over load, highly lagging and leading PF, Hz etc. Navigator can trap such events for future reference. Identify, record unbalance voltage, currents and helps the user to identify the root cause. M&L for replacement of control wiring incl taking downof old unsv wiring including defining logic for MD Controller for Item No 80 above from Switchgear Relaying/Trip circuit with suitable interposing relay, trip contacts and 2.5 Sqmm size of multi core copper cotrol wiring to monitor, alert, controlling MD by provision of hooter for alerting the duty operator in case of exceeding MD for the designed thredhold values. Note: 1. Contractor should inspect the site before quoting the tender. Control wiring system any No of runs and Length suitable for MD controller shall be done by the Rep of OEM of MD Controller and shall study the loading pattern and design the control system complete including the features of controller. After fininshing the job OEM rep shall submit the test report by mentioning all set parameters. Note 2: Any defect/damage to the MD controller shall be attended in 24 hrs till DLP. Failing the penality/excess demand charges if any paid by department to TSEB shall be reimbursed by the contractor. Note 3:- Training along with suitable notes for operation and monitoring of MD Controller shall be given to Min 2 duty technicians complete all as specified and directed.
