Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 (eight) to 12 (twelve) tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm (twenty two point five centimeter depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with any lead as per MORD specifications 2014 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm (fifty millimeter) and disposal of scarified material within any lifts and lead (by mechanical means) as per MORD specifications 2014 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of gravel/soil aggregate sub base/base by providing well graded material of nominal maximum size grading 80mm (eighty millimetre) as per table 2.3 of IRC SP 77-2008, spreading in uniforms layers with tractor mount appropriate grading arrangements on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC with tractor mount appropriate rotavator attachement and compaction with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity to achieve the desired complete as per MORD specifications 2014 contained in para 2.2, 3.6 and 3.7 of IRC SP-77-2008 and as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM)specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 (eight) to 10 (ten) tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per MORD specifications 2014 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing and applying tack coat with RS-I setting bitumen emulsion nn W.B.M / W.M.M. @ 0.4kg/sqm (at the rate of zero point four kilogram per square meter) using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechanical broom as per MORD specifications 2014 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading 50 (fifty) to 100 mm (one hundred millimeter) average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60- 90 TPH capacity premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per MORD specifications 2014 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement:three sand: six graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth level as per MORD specifications 2014 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks ISI mark in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness and size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm (fifty millimeter) thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of 80 mm (eighty millimeter) thick C.C. paver block of M-30 (M thirty) grade with approved color design and pattern as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all upto any floor level/ height as per MORD specifications 2014 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing and laying in position cement concrete M-20 design mix to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 20N/mm² with graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size to give smooth and even surface and cement contents not less than at the rate of 340 kg (three hundred forty kilogram) per cubic meter mechanically mixed including curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth level as per MORD specifications 2014 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials.
