Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick and well ramming including watering as required complete, all as specified.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

40 mm thick damp proof course to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0, using water proofing compound, complete all as specified. NOTE: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately under respective item of Schedule 'A'..

Applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen at the rate of 1.50 kg per square metre and blinding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 cu. m. per sq. m, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Polythene film, 50 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer, @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sq. m, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC type D-2 (1:4:8), using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates, hold fast blocks, filling to pressed steel chowkat and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M -25 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies deck slabs, and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M -25 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts & struts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete(design mix) M -25 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintel over 1.5m clear span complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete, all as specified.

Use & waste of Form work to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns raft and raft beams, side and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work vertical or to batter for flat rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5 cm but n exc 10 cm wide complete, all as specified.

Use & waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. with rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified.

Use & waste of Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, pears,columns and stanchion square or rectangle or polygonal for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use & waste of Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing horizontal or slopping similar work not. Exc 200mm thick, and flat fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shapes required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel TMT bars 5 mm and over up to and including 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

100 mm thick, cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & fair, as in floors, complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on RCC slab / concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound complete all as specified.Note :Integral water proofing compound shall be measured & paid for separately under relevent item..

M&L for four course water proofing treatment with first course of bitumen primer @ 0.4Kg/Sqm) Confirming to ISI-3384), second course of blown bitumen @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (Confirming to IS-702) with third course APP modified membrane 3mm thick and weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm with Non Woven polyster mat (weight not less than 150 gm/Sqm) as centre core reinforcement, laid over with 75mm side overlap and 100mm end overlap and sealed with LPG torch, overlaps sealed and finished neat. The fourth and final course with blown bitumen @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (Confirming to IS-702) Complete as per manufacturer's specificarions and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:4), including integral liquid WPC by wt of cement as per manufacturer instruction (NOTE : Supply only WPC will be measured and paid for separately), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 05 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth on ceiling,roof projection,chajja in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Two coats of cement base paint (camouflage pattern) on new/undecorated wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

Three coats of white washing on new/undecorated ceilling surfaces, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
