Construction of 1.00 MLD Rapid sand filtration plant comprising of labor for DI Pipe from existing raw aer main/pump, inlet box, inlet channel , Alum dozing, Flash mixing, Tapeard flocculator, Rectangular setting tank, filter box, over head reservior for back wash including pump sets and and electric control panel, sluice valves, DI PIpes, Di specials , manhole covers, air scour equipment, Chemical house including chlorination equipment and arrangeent of flow measurement and sand bed complete in all respect as per DNIT. Labour rate for fixing Di, S/S class K9 ISI marked pipes including cost of DI Specials/fitting, ISI marked PN 1.6 sluice valves including cost of exacavation, laying, cutting , jointing , threading and jointing maerial in horizontal length including connections complete in all respects. From existing raw water main pump to inlet box of filter unit to clear water tank. Note - DI pipe will be supplied by the department free of cost sluice valve ISI Marked. (BASED ON SCADA SYSTEM-1.00 MLD WTP)

Supply and erection of Horizontal spindle split casing type pumping sets of minimum Four (4) star rating duties directly coupled to Ac sqarrel cage induction type motor with 1440 RPM, 3 phase, 50 HZ and accessories as described in Schedule No. II with priming arrangement and complete base frame as per IS marked compete in all respect. A) Raw Water Pump Set. 2400 LPM with 12 Mtrs. Head at Water Works

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of wall mounted electrical panel board, fabricated from 16 SWG CRCA sheet duly stouted with suitable angle iron frame work and completely powder coated of approximate size 500X1200mm and 400mm deep having following accessories complete in all respect as per approved NIT. a. Incomer switch 200 Amp. b. Aluminum bus bar chamber of 300 Amp. Capacity. c. Volt meter 100X100mm range 0 to 500 V (AE/KAPPA/L & T ) d. Indicating lamp-one set.

Operation and maintenance for raw water pumping station complete scope of work mentioned in the DNIT (Disinfection material supplied by the PHED) as per schedule -IV for a period of 5 years after 12 months during defect liability period and 3 months trial run period. (will be charged to the A/Mtc. estimate). complete in all respects. Operation and maintenance during defect liability period (operation only) after 3 month trial run period.
