REPAIR/MAINT OF GEYSERS/EXHUST FANS,/WALL FANS, ETC AT TECH AREA,MES COLONY AT AF STN TUGHLAKABAD

Disconnecting , taking down & removing carefully the ceiling fan, exhaust fans, wall bracket fans, Pedestal Fans and air circulating fans etc, from existing position, from any height, of any description, any sweep and from any position / locations, sealing cable end, for repairs / servicing / overhauling / painting / numbering etc and hanging / fixing the repaired fans in same position or at position as directed by Engr-in-Charge after , dismantling & opening of the fans, checking serviceability of parts, overhauling by necessary cleaning, oiling & greasing , fixing the serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts, if any, with new parts, reassembling the fans, making necessary adjustment and proper alignment of blades, connecting to existing electric sources with using new 1.5 Sqmm 3 core multistranded PVC insulated copper wire (FRLS) to required length and testing at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) The replacement of defective / non-functional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing charges for new items are deemed to be included under this item. (ii) Burnt out windings replaced, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ for rewinding. (iii) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation of fans to & from workshop if required and approved by the Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs. (iv) Re-metaling of motor shaft, polishing and grinding and making to standard size to matching with GM Bush shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ (v) Writing of fan No. and painting of fans shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’

Taking out & removing old burnt-out windings of electric fans of any description and rewinding of fan motor with appropriate size super enamelled copper wire(Gauge/weight of copper coils shall be as per exisitng fans) as approved by the Engineer-in-charge including insulating material such as illuminous paper, Letherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeving, insulating varnish etc testing at workshop and transportation to site, connecting and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction including painting of fans of any description (ceiling fan/exhaust fan/Air circulators/Wall mounted fans/Pedestal fan) with applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (White/grey) by spray machine including preparation of existing decorated surfaces of fans including engraving / painting MES No. on fan in capital letters of height not less than 20 mm on fan body complete as directed Engineer-in-charge for the following Fans:-

Rewinding of motor of ceiling fans 1200/1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto but rewinding of motor of exhaust fans of 225 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto but rewinding of motor of exhaust fans of 300 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto but rewinding of motor of exhaust fans of 350 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto but rewinding of motor of exhaust fans of 400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto but rewinding of motor of exhaust fans of 600 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.
