• 1. The bidder (Sole or Consortium) should have carried out manufacturing, supply, erection /supervision during erection and commissioning /supervision during the commissioning of at least 1 no. of Roll Turning CNC lathe with Job handling capacity of 5 Ton or Above, during the past 10 years as on date of
issuance of NIT.
• 4. In case, the bidder is in a consortium: -
a. One or more of the consortium members (maximum two consortium members are permitted) can either individually or together fulfil the criteria of Para-1 above
b. The experience of the concerned members should commensurate with the responsibility matrix provided in the consortium agreement.
c. Leader of consortium should be the member having maximum job or share of work in value terms.
• 3. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during any three financial years out of the last four financial years ending 31st March 2023 should be at least Rs.3.0 Crores (Three Crores only)
5. The combined total average annual financial turnover of the consortium members during any three financial years out of the last four financial years ending 31st March 2023 should not be less than Rs.3.0 Crores (Three Crores only)
• 6. Net worth of the bidder should be positive in the financial year ending on 31st March 2023 as per the Audited annual accounts.
In case, bid is submitted by the consortium, Net worth of each member of the consortium should be positive in the financial year ending on 31st March 2023 as per the Audited annual accounts.
Copies of Audited annual financial reports should be submitted by each member of the Consortium in support of above.
• In compliance to Restriction under Rule 144 (xi) in the General Finance Rules (GFRs) 2017 of Govt. of India (regarding Country of Bidder sharing a land border with India), the Bidders shall submit certificate/undertaking regarding guidelines given at
Annexure-10 of SBD updated in December 2022. In cases of Consortium bidding, certificate/undertaking shall be submitted individually by each member of the Consortium.
