Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rolling and consolidation formation surface in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of excavated soil exc. 1.5 km and n exc 5 km depositing in low lying area (road side) where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 150mm thick spread thickness soling or sub base with broken boulders or quarried stone interstices filled, surface formed and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) wet mix macadam (WMM) in two layers of 75mm thick each with granite trap or basalt stone coarse aggregate of grading 2 ( 63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 ( 50 mm to 20 mm) and specification as per clause 406 and as per table 400-13 of yellow book of MORT&H in patches and including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mix material by tipper to site for all leads and lifts, to be laid using self propelled electronic sensor paver, spread watered, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with vibratory type power roller 8-12 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing New WMM surface by wire brushing for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and laying 40mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix laid with self propelled electronic sensor paver over a tack coat with bituminous primer @10 Kg/10sqm rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for painting lines dashes, arrows, letters etc.on pavements and the like using thermoplastic paint with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160 degree centigrade complete all as specified and directed Make :Shivalic/Kothari/Jayanti/Swastic

M&L for Continuous sub class 'B' bricks edging with width equal to the width of the bricks.laid dry on end vertically complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F plastic speed breaker (ABS material) of size 750mm x 250mm x 75mm with two highly reflective (each length) moulded in PMMA material welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic welding process and fixed on to the speed breaker so that dust and water can not touch reflector inside and thus it maintains its reflectivity for a long time complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F solar road stud 125mm x 125mm x 25mm made from aluminium alloy and construction powered by mono crystal solar panel with high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeble battery having view distance 1000 meters, LEDs - 010mm, 6 pieces for high brightness, 12 hours of continous lighting at night complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F rectungular dual directonal reflective cat eye of size 100mm x 100mm of impact resistance ABS plastic stud having ultra violet resistance colour with plastic strip containing 31 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white / red / yellow to each side and fixed with 12mm dia 120mm long zinc plated steel nails at the centre of cats eye by hammering complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for Hardcore of stone or boulder gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M& L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 (Type D-2 ) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of Path complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 25 mm thick Sand filling under paver blacks including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line , level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand ), including making joints with or without grooves ( thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm ), including necessary earth work & making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
