Providing , fabrication and fixing of structural glazing made out of coloured Anodised aluminium mother frame 6 nos 1.2m each @ 1.819 Kg/m and subframe of 16 nos 0.60 m each @ 0.31 Kg/m of Jindal or equivalent and 5 mm reflective glass of approved shade. Finishing old / new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal exterior painting of approved make of Berger paint of required shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scaffolding complete as directed at all levels (two coats)

Wall painting (two coats) with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on new surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. Applying primary coat over new steel and other metal surface over 100m in width or girth after preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil,grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper. a). Supplying including installation of the Octagonal poles shall be designed to withstand the maximum wind speed of 169 km/hr. The top loading i.e. area and weight of fixtures are to be considered to calculate maximum deflection of the poles and the same shall meet the requirement of BS:5649 Part VI 1982. The pole shaft shall have octagonal cross section and shall be continuously tapered with single longitudinal welding. There shall not be any circumferential welding of the pole shaft. The welding of the pole shaft shall be done by Submerged Welding process. All octagonal pole shafts shall be provided with the rigid flange plate of suitable thickness with provision for fixing 4 foundation bolts.
