B/R PORTION:- M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall with the help of mechaniser sander of Make Berger Paints express painting sanding machine or equivalent make (having mechanical vaccum machine with bag for dust collection) to make surface smoth and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying waterproof cement based putty @ 1kg (undiluted) per sq mtr of average thickness 1mm, or its equivalent over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Step 1 :- Mix the putty powder by adding 40-50% water and mix it with Putty mixer (Putty mixer with min 1400W power having mixer rod of industrial stell garde 45 with the mixing capacity of min 2.5kg putty per minute). Step 2 :- apply the first coat of the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application of Spray Machine (Model: EH 230DI) or equivalent having a DC electric motor of 3.3kW having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041". Step 3 :- Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. Step 4 :- Sanding of the putty surface with Wall Sander: L-01/H-01(having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and as directed

M&L applying two coats of smooth acrylic emulsion with rich matt finish having voc less than 50 grams per ltr complying leed criteria @ 1ltrs (undiluted)/10Sqm diluted with water in 2:1 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of having an electric motor of minimum 1HP with a flow speed of minimum 1ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300psi. Allow 6-8hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent quotes.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oilbound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300PPSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology andcapability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer andas mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray inhard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of roof top surfaces, providing and applying single component elastic cold applied polyurethane modified acrylic roofing system, co elastic technology (CET) based on modified polyurethane and fully fibre reinforced, having Sun Reflectivity index (SR) of 109 on top of concrete roof surfaces. All cracks up to 3mm at corner joints, channel and parapets should be treated with crack seal. Applying three coats including one coat of primer having coverage @ min 0.75kg/m2 and dilution up to 10% and laying reinforced fiber net and applying two coats (without dilution) @ total consumption 2 kg/m2 in two coats for maintaining minimum dry film thickness 1.5mm and elongation at break of free film of approx 350%.
